Very nice Mountain House, BUT
Great location to the Mammoth Ski area and local town. The check in process was more than disappointing. Trash in the kitchen, smoke alarm battery was chirping, 5 feet of snow from the previous weeks snowfall that should have been removed from both outdoor decks, could not even see the outdoor spa as advertised, furnace was not pluged in so no heat for the first 6 hours. Contacted the property manager to let them know the condition of the property and after two items, she said I was being to nit picky and the threw the owner under the bus for not taking care of the property. I spoke to the owner several times via email and they did get the snow removed the following day but no service for the spa. Owner did rebate me for half of one night, should have been atleast one or two nights. Could not use the ping pong table in the garage because of the two cars parked there. Not as advertised. Overall, nice place but property manager should have visited the property prior to our arrival and made sure things were done as advertised.
