Introducing this unique, spacious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom corner home, with endless Mountain View’s and Scenery perfect for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes! With over 3,200 square feet you can relax and enjoy entertaining and look out to the breathtaking Sherwin Mountain range and snow fields on your back door step. This townhome looks right at Mammoth Rock and is set back in the quiet Snowcreek Phase 5 neighborhood and is one of very few of this extensive floor plan. The main open plan living level is equipped with a large sectional couch, flatscreen TV, Sonos System, pool table and gas fireplace with river rock surround. The large windows and balcony offers natural light to flood into the open plan kitchen with ample space and is fully stocked for making family dinners. The spacious kitchen allows you to spread out with a dining area to comfortably seat 10, and additional bar seating for 4 you can enjoy social family time all in the same level. The upper deck features a private gas grill where you can grill like a pro while enjoying those sweeping Mountain View’s. A private laundry room with washer and dryer gives all of the comforts of home. On the upper level of the home the primary suite upstairs boasts a King bed, sitting area with couch that is also a sleeper sofa and flatscreen TV, en-suite private full bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower and walk-in closet. There is a second master bedroom downstairs with Queen bed, flatscreen TV, en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, walk-in closet and outdoor access to the private downstairs deck where you can sit an enjoy your morning coffee and those breathtaking views year-round. The third bedroom features a Queen bed and the fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed with Twin bed on top, Double bed on bottom. These two bedrooms share a full bath in the hall on this lower level with tub/shower combo. The fifth and final bedroom features a Double bed and is on the middle level of the property close to the entry. An additional full bath with walk-in shower is on the upstairs level. With a 2 car garage and entry mud room, you can store all your gear after a day of adventuring and have the convenience of private garage parking. This split-level corner townhome is perfect for your family gathering or Mountain retreat and provides enough space for the whole family to spread out. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 12 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. Guests can park in the 2 car garage, and the driveway in front of the garage can accommodate 2 additional vehicles for a total of 4. The home was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We had a multi-family visit and the rooms were well suited for everyone we had coming. Additionally, there was perfect parking for our four vehicles, two with roof-top boxes and two without since the withouts could park in the garage. Lastly, the checkout process was very clear and straightforward without a bunch of extra steps that we've had to deal with at other properties. Overall, it was a perfect weekend!

Spacious stay with backcountry access

Fantastic location in Snowcreek, easy to get to the resort and village areas. Even better was access to Mammoth Rock and great backcountry lines in the backyard. Check-in was easy and unit was ready earlier. We love staying in Snowcreek as the units are spacious yet close enough to the resort.

Great house, great location

Large house was perfect for my extended family from five different households. Common room was spacious, kitchen facilities were more than adequate even though we cooked large common meals every day. Location is terrific, hiking trail literally out the back door with access directly to Mammoth Basin if you have the legs for it. Very enjoyable experience overall, would definitely rent again.

Also the unit has issues with the heating system, there is very uneven distribution of heat in house so some rooms get very hot and we had to turn off the central system and rely on individual heating units. I would not go back . Also there was a leak in lower floor master bedroom toilet which they did not manage to fix after two visits
