Plan uw volgende Mammoth-skireis rond dit grote, comfortabele 2 + loft, 3 badkamers stadshuis in de gewenste Chamonix ontwikkeling, op steenworp afstand van de liften bij Canyon Lodge. Genesteld in een van de mooiste woonwijken van Mammoth, en grenzend aan het wereldberoemde skigebied Mammoth Mountain, biedt dit volledig vernieuwde berghut royale ruimtes voor een of twee gezinnen. De hoofdslaapkamer met en-suite badkamer biedt een kingsize bed, terwijl de tweede slaapkamer (ook met en-suite badkamer) een comfortabel queensize bed heeft. Veel extra slaapplaatsen zijn beschikbaar op de zolder op de tweede verdieping, met twee stapelbedden met drie eenpersoonsbedden en een volledige. Er is een kombuis-keuken die uitkomt op een extra grote eettafel met zitplaatsen voor tien; grenzend aan een warme, formele woonkamer met aangepaste houtgestookte, stenen open haard. Er is een aparte tv-ruimte, zodat u bij het vuur kunt ontspannen met een goed boek of een bordspel, terwijl anderen in de buurt tv kijken. De meerdere ruimtes werken goed voor een groepsdynamiek tijdens reizen - iedereen heeft een plek om zijn eigen ding te doen, maar iedereen is nog steeds samen. Extra slaapplaatsen is mogelijk met behulp van de tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer. Er is gratis WiFi beschikbaar, evenals parkeergelegenheid voor twee auto's. Gasten hebben volledige toegang tot complexe voorzieningen, waaronder een gemeenschappelijke ontspanningsruimte, bubbelbaden, wasserette met munten en een seizoensgebonden zwembad en barbecues.

Family Ski Trip

Location is prime, literally 3 minute walk to the slopes. House was stalked with everything you need. The Rec Center was amazing, way bigger and better than we thought. Definitely going to stay here again.

Loved the location of the property! Very close to canyon lodge. The area was spacious enough to accommodate 7 guests and had 3 bathrooms. Would stay here again

Great location & good condo. Nice easy walk to canyon lodge. Slightly larger common area than many of the Chaminox condos. Like the L shaped kitchen to make it easier to have more than 1 person in the kitchen. Plenty of cookware for making meals. Would recommend you bring/buy some storage elements (Tupperware, ziplock bags, aluminum foil, etc) for leftover if you cook. Beds/bathrooms good.

Spacious Well Maintained Excellent Location Lodge

We had 6 people staying at this 8 person capacity lodge. You cannot beat the location as it is about two blocks away from Canyon Lodge. The Lodge was spacious, clean and well stocked with amenities. We had such a wonderful time during Thanksgiving break there and was lucky it snowed plenty the week before and we got a wonderful day of skiing in as well as beautiful hikes by the lakes.

We love how close the property is to Canyon Lodge and the jacuzzi and steam room! The kitchen is a funky layout but well stocked. Check in was easy. Beds are super comfy!!

*First rough experience w/ VRBO rental..toilets and rodents

Where do I start…. Place is slightly run down, but not a big deal. Kitchen was super small, only enough room for one person to be in at a time. Day 1 and Day 2 only had 1 working toilet of the three and construction hammering noise on exterior of unit, with no mention of construction when booking. Rental company did offer to move us to the other side of town to another unit, which was not an option with other family and friends staying in other units in complex. Rental company did return a small about of compensation and an apology. Then Day 4 we found rodents(rats) eating our dry foods and another stuck to one of 7 glue traps found throughout the unit… which turned into a sleepless night for the kids. We complained to the rental management company again and got a response from the CEO stating, that when you stay in the rural areas, such as a condo in town in Mammoth Lakes California that we should expect wildlife in the units. Note: Both friends/family condos had no issues. Anyways we asked for a 1 night refund or future credit considering we stay up there 60+ days a years and it was denied by the CEO for “wildlife” being a normal part of the stay… or my thoughts maybe a rodent infestation problem …Thoughts? Book and ask questions.

Pictures mostly reflect the property. The kitchen is VERY small. We didn’t plan on cooking much, but it was annoying that the can opener didn’t work and the only cutting board to be found was on the ground and stained. The condo is in a decent location, the beds average. It was just ok.

Good but not great.

Well located unit with easy ski storage. We were a party of 6 adults. Beds were comfortable. Cooking dinner in one night was a little difficult in the small kitchen. Kitchen was so small we couldn’t open the dishwasher all the way. Kitchen needs updating. Chacoozi was heated, but no jets and no bubbles. TV was small for today’s standards. An upgrade to at least a 42” TV would be a great update. We all had plenty of hot water…that was great! The walk to Canyon was a bit long in ski boots, but there was plenty of parking to drive, park at Canyon, and boot up in the parking lot. All in all, it worked for what we needed.

Cozy Getaway Great location

The condo has a great location close to lift and hot tub. The kitchen is small but was fine. We could have used more bath towels! Enjoyed the fireplace and ski locker was great! Had a fabulous time at Mammoth Resort!

Happened to be there during record snowfall, but the resort area and town did a great job keeping the roads clear enough to navigate and we were able to have a great time. Found the property as listed and would stay in the village again.
