After a day of exploring, unwind in the year-round community hot tub, gather around the shared fire pit, or enjoy an outdoor meal in the BBQ and picnic area. With single-level living, and no interior stairs, this home offers comfort and accessibility for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen features GE appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Gather around the dining table for six, then relax in the inviting living area with a cozy gas fireplace and large Smart TV. Step outside to the covered patio to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in peaceful golf course views. The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Twin XL-over-Queen bunk bed, plus a twin rollaway bed, making it ideal for families or small groups. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located in the hallway.
