Our families found the property overall a very nice stay with a great layout for 2 families with small children. The unit-specific jacuzzi was a welcome amenity for all members of our party and the convenience of the garage and dedicated parking was very welcome. Similarly, given that many of the roads were R2 conditions during our stay, the close proximity of the bus stop for Mammoth's great public transportation system was appreciated. Those things being said, there were a few items during our stay that could use improvement. 1) this is a 3 bedroom unit with a hot tub meant for up to 8 people; there should be more than 10 towels in the entire unit. 2). this appears to be a dedicated short-term rental unit, so the materials and furnishings are as such and do have damage from previous guest, so just be sure to take photographs and document anything that you see to ensure that you aren't charged later. 3) Considering you pay a cleaning fee, it seems like they ask you to do much of the cleaning for them prior to exiting the unit. 4) they make known on their welcome page that they are entirely inflexible with check-in/out times. I get it that you have to schedule cleaning crews, but having to check out by 10 am from a family condo means waking up at 6 or 7 to get everyone packed up to leave. Not exactly the relaxing ending to your vacation. 5) not the most receptive service when calling for assistance, basically like you're inconveniencing them by being there. 6) BIGGEST COMPLAI
