Deze 4 slaapkamer plus zolder, 4 badkamer townhome is volledig opnieuw opgebouwd van de grond af! Nieuwe vloeren in elke kamer, samen met volledig vernieuwde badkamers en keuken. Het ligt op slechts een sprong, spring en spring naar Eagle Lodge en is perfect voor uw grote groep of familie die op zoek is om te ontspannen in een rustig deel van de stad. Het stadshuis heeft gewelfde plafonds, een grote open plattegrond in de woonkamer, een open haard en een eethoek met plaats voor 10 personen. Deze accommodatie beschikt over een complete keuken met alle apparatuur die u nodig heeft om u meteen thuis te voelen. Je zult ook genieten van de privéjacuzzi met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen!

De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een queensize bed, een aangrenzende badkamer met dubbele wastafel, inloopdouche en inloopdouche. De tweede slaapkamer beschikt ook over een queensize bed en een aangrenzende badkamer met dubbele wastafel en inloopdouche. De derde en vierde slaapkamers bieden elk een queensize bed met een gedeelde badkamer met dubbele wastafel en inloopdouche. De loft op de bovenverdieping is ideaal voor kinderen of alleenstaanden met in totaal 6 aparte bedden (1 stapelbed met 2 aparte bedden en 2 aparte bedden met twee onderschuifbedden eronder) en een gedeelde badkamer aan de onderkant van de zoldertrap met een enkele ijdelheid en inloopdouche. Alle Mammoth Sierra-gasten krijgen gratis volledige toegang tot de Snowcreek Athletic Club om te genieten van faciliteiten zoals een verwarmd binnenbad, een stoombad / sauna, een volledig fitnesscentrum, yoga, pilates en fietsenatelier en meer.

Een spectaculaire groep of familie townhome op slechts een korte wandeling naar Eagle Lodge! Deze stadshuis biedt plaats aan maximaal 14 personen, heeft een eigen garage voor één auto met 2 extra parkeerplekken op de oprit en is 4 verdiepingen binnen. Gasten krijgen twee parkeerkaarten. Als er meer parkeergelegenheid nodig is dan wat wordt toegewezen, kunt u ons kantoor bellen voor alternatieve opties. Er is roken en huisdieren zijn niet toegestaan. The house was the perfect accommodation for a family ski vacation. The large kitchen allowed us to cook several family meals and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. Any the views are breathtaking!!

Perfect location

This was a wonderful house that has all the accommodations. The location is perfect to get around Mammoth. The best part of the house was using the living room for all of us to be in. The windows share a beautiful view of the mountains. Will definitely book this place again.

Amazing stay!

President weekend w/ friends, & family

We've been coming to Mammoth NTN for 13 yrs w/ 2 other families, & this was the first time we stayed in one condo/ house together. We had 10 people,b& we were able to spread out, & not feel crowded. The slopes was about 100 yrds down the hill which made it easier to come in for lunch, & at the end of the day. Sun rise views across the valley are spectacular. Overall a great weekend.

Wonderful location within short walk to slopes

This property exceeded our expectations. We were 3 families of teenagers with a total of 12 and had more than enough room to hang out and relax! I do not think the description emphasizes enough how close this property is to the Bridges Run at the Eagle Lodge side of Mammoth.I hate to walk and carry all my gear, and I was able to do it no problem. It was just a really short walk and super easy to ski in and out and come back for lunch. It had all the kitchen cooking items needed to feed a serve a group of over 12 people. Also, the hot tub is huge and we kept it at 104 degrees and it felt wonderful after a long day of skiing. I strongly recommend this property and will stay here again in the future.

Family bonding trip.

It was a remodeled property as stated and the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. I don’t believe the description showed that it was broken up into 4 floors: loft that had the bunks and trundles, main with kitchen and living room, and two lower floors with the bedrooms. It’s in a condo complex where there was no yard space. I would say the only real issue we had was that the window screens had recently been replaced and they didn’t fit properly. Since the unit does not have AC and we were there in late June, we had to have windows open, which allowed the bugs to come in. Maintenance did try to help, but didn’t have the right parts. Hopefully they’ll be fixed for the next guests. Other than that, it’s a very nice unit.

Worst stay we have every had

This home should not be rented out in the condition that it is in. We encountered multiple problems during our stay. There were safety issues such as the master bathroom door which leads to the outside the property did not have a lock.it was visible that the lock had been removed. The garage would not close with our car parked inside. Multiple windows were broken and would not shut. The worst part of our stay was encountering a rat while we were sitting at the dinning room table. After futher investigation we discoverved rat droppings around the house.

Great location but Jacuzzi didn't work

The condo is in a great location near Eagle. A short walk down the driveway to get to an Eagle ski run (in and out), although it's ~1 mile to drive to Eagle lodge. The condo is four floors: two bedrooms on bottom floor, two on the middle floor and loft above main floor. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans and spices, etc. Several guests enjoyed the master bathroom spa tub (fits two people). The main disappointment was that the Jacuzzi wasn't heating. We called right away and someone came to look at it but it was never fixed. Having a private Jacuzzi as advertised in the VRBO title was a key draw for this property. Some additional maintenance items needed: the downstairs shower didn't get hot even though the hot water in the sink in that bathroom did; and the fireplace lighter was out of fluid. Recommend providing more detailed instructions about fireplace damper for those not familiar with lighting fires in fireplaces.

The property was clean and in a good location. Felt like a good size for a group of 14. Our only complaints were there weren’t enough bath towels for 14 people, as it was stated there would be. There were only 2 towels per bathroom (8 total) which wasn’t enough for 14 people for 3 nights. The property was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms, which was nice.. but it definitely needed updates in some places. Several windows wouldn’t open and handles were broken, bed in master appeared to be previously “fixed” but was hanging on by a thread and squeaked so badly, the decking/hand rails on the balcony with the hot tub needs updated badly as it’s chipping and caused a splinter, and neither the trash compactor or the garbage disposal worked. There were several other updates needed as well.Overall the property was good and we enjoyed it. The views were great!

The house is beautifully and comfortably furnished with amazing mountain views. The hottub was wonderful and felt so good after a long day of snowboarding. The slopes were just minutes away which allowed us to come home for lunch.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare all of our meals. Overall, just wonderful and we would definitley stay there again! The highlight of our trip was finding a bear climbing into the backseat of our car as we were unloading our luggage and grociers on the first day! So exciting - but might want to keep you car doors closed! :)
