Negatief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The property has so many issues-
1. check in process was complicated (had to call them before they showed up at the office as they did not leave keys in the locker), To be fair, they did get us in 1 hour early eventually.
2. the unit was VERY old and had old bedding, carpets, heating units etc. and smelt of smoke and pets. Multiple people in our party has severe allergies during our stay that improved after leaving. The owners clearly do not invest in the upkeep of the property.
3. TV in main living area had no cable, nor smart TV features for streaming, and there were some DVDs but the DVD player was neither plugged in nor connected to the TV. We ended up having to connect everything.
4. Parking is not convenient and you may end up having to walk a block to get to your car which sucks when it's snowing and you have boots and other equipment to take back and forth.
5. They incorrectly interpret the 2024 California law preventing single-use toiletries to mean that they cannot provide any toiletries at all. Nearly every place we have stayed has solved this problem by including dispensers in the showers that are not single use as well as hand soap dispensers for washing your hands. Having to bring your own toiletries, hand soap and even dishwashing fluid is pretty ridiculous. Cheap cheap cheap! Goes along with the poor upkeep.
PRO- location is convenient to shopping and restaurants, and bus stop if you want to take bus to Mammoth.
