Hi Lauren, we are surprised and sorry to see that you weren’t totally satisfied with your visit. We apologize for any unhappiness with the decor. We provide photos, a virtual tour, a unit description, and a list of available amenities so that future guests know exactly what they will be seeing upon arrival. Our local team has reviewed your concerns. The dining chairs fit well under the table. The sofas and bunk bed are in great condition and sturdy. The stove, oven, and refrigerator door all look as they should and work well. No leaks were found coming from faucets through a decorative piece of the kitchen faucet will be replaced. The dishwasher is newer. We have a deep clean planned for the end of ski season. We hope to host you again soon.
