We have one bedroom and two bathrooms, a beautiful & well-stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and nook. The condo has top-quality furnishings including a comfortable sectional couch, a locally crafted kitchen table, coffee table and queen bed suited especially for a mountain abode.

With 800 square feet, our condo is bigger than many one-bedrooms in Mammoth. The couch pulls out into a queen bed, and our nook features a full-size bed that rolls out from underneath built-in cabinets, then converts back into a seating area in the day. The living area has new black-out curtains so anyone sleeping on the couch won't be awakened by the morning light. Please note some photos show carpet but we have replaced all flooring - no more carpet!

Our pellet fireplace is new and easy to operate, keeping the condo nice and toasty on cold days. On nice days, take advantage of the grill out on the balcony.

Our television is set up with air play, cable TV and video games for the kids.

Park your car out of the elements in our parking garage with your own assigned space. If coming home from skiing, drop your gear off in our ski locker, then head up one flight of stairs and you’re home. Underground parking is a luxury in Mammoth and is so nice when packing and unpacking your luggage or bringing home groceries.

As part of the Crestview condominiums, you have access to lots of great extras. Enjoy a large hot tub, pool table, sauna and rec room, all very conveniently located to our unit. Laundry facilities are also available.

Our location is fabulous! You are in a great neighborhood but are also just a short walk away from lots of things. Both the Village at Mammoth and Mammoth Brewing Company are less than a half mile away. The Village boasts lots of shops, restaurants and is the location for festival-type activities.

You’re also not far from the lake's basin and beautiful mountain hikes. Across the street you’ll find the bike trail that leads to the lakes and through town.
