St Anton is well traveled as a facility but unit 44 was nicely updated. The beds were comfortable. The carpet was soft/plush. It was very comfortable for our group. The location was spot on for taking my toddler skiing. Right across from Chair 7 and Schoolyard made it a great spot. Easy in and out for morning laps, nap time and back out for some more time on the hill. The unit is a corner unit so you only have one neighbor. This wasn';t a problem at all during the week but it got a bit noisier as the weekend approached. The noise was primarily from the hallway. The only downside of this property was the cleanliness upon arrival. The bathrooms were nice. However, there was old popcorn visible under the couch, used floss next to one of the beds, a sock, dirty dishes in the cupboards, pots and pans with leftover bits and clutter in random places (I.e a rug, lamp, extra skis, decorative skis occupying a shelf, etc). The blinds and ceiling fan were also really dusty. It seemed like they did the bare essentials to get the property ready and assumed the rest would be fine. The staff were very helpful when we wanted to exchange towels or provide other essentials for the property. The underground parking was great. We didn';t have any issues fitting our rental truck in. The unit supposedly has a ski locker but there weren';t instructions provided and I wasn';t about to try the provided key on everyones locker. There were hooks for clothes that worked well for outerwear. We also loved playing games, hanging out by the fire. Overall I would say the positives far outweighed the negatives and I would stay there again
