  • Nieuw bijgewerkte 2 slaapkamer appartement gelegen in het hart van Mammoth en op de shuttle route. U zult overal van het nieuwe moderne bergdecor houden! Het voelt alsof je in de Four Seasons verblijft als je binnenstapt! De eigenaar heeft aan alles gedacht om uw verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. De ruime slaapkamers bieden gloednieuwe bedden en beddengoed met veel slaapruimte en een grote stapelbed kamer voor de kinderen (of volwassen kinderen) De keuken is volledig gevuld met alles wat u nodig hebt om maaltijden te bereiden thuis met een eethoek met plaats voor 6 comfortabel. Flatscreen-tv's in elke kamer, gloednieuwe bijgewerkte badkamers, WIFI, spelsysteem voor kinderen en een houtkachelhaard maken dit de perfecte plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag skiën. Het complex biedt een leuke ontspanningsruimte met biljarttafels en tafeltennis. Een enorm bubbelbad en een zwembad en een tennisbaan. Beautiful condo, perfect location!Our family had a wonderful week-long summer stay here. The bottom-floor condo was beautifully remodeled, spotlessly clean, and felt incredibly cozy. It offered plenty of sleeping space and was fully equipped for home cooking. The fantastic pool and spa, surrounded by beautiful pine trees and nature, were a huge highlight!The location is unbeatable—we loved being able to walk or ride our bikes to local restaurants, grocery stores, the park, skate park, skating rink, museum, ice cream parlor, and fishing. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Overall this was a good place. Couple of negative things. One was that we could hear everything in the room above us -- the people stayed up late, our kids had somewhat of an issue sleeping because they were super loud. We could hear their phones vibrating through the floor at 4am, 5am, 6am in the Master bedroom. When they walked up the stairs we could hear everything. The second was there's no room in the kitchen to put food, so we had to leave it out on the counters which made it a little extra cramped. Would have loved a shelf or something. Otherwise the place was clean, was the perfect size for our family of 4 and was right near all of the trolley and bus stops. Walked into town a couple of days -- if you have a stroller you have to cross Meridian because the sidewalk doesn't exist on the side of the road that the place is! Checkin was super quick, everything was well stocked and we overall had a good stay! Thanks so much!

very nice although, one of the more expensive places in mammoth. on the negative side, rooms are too crowded with excessive & unnecessary furniture so ends up feeling smaller than it is, fans are set at high speed and don't change. i asked the prop manager how to change it, if there was a remote etc. they never got back to me thus the 1 star rating on communication.

New years getaway

Cannot complain about the property or location. Only thing we were truly disappointed about was that we were there during a blizzard. Although we were not able to go up on the lifts, we experienced a very white holiday. Property was very easy to find and close to everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo is very nice, modern, well equipped. The property manager did a really great job in providing instructions and descriptions everywhere, which made the move in very convenient. The condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked, in general we felt comfortable inside. The bedrooms were facing a quiet area so there was no outside noise at night.Minor issues:* Some dishes were not washed well, we had to start the dishwasher immediately after arrival.* Some of the pots look old* The microwave had a hole inside, so the air suction for stove was blowing the air back to the kitchen.* The water from the faucet at the main bedroom had mostly cold water. The water had to run over a minute to warm up to lukewarm.* The ceiling is very thin: there was a family with three young kids above us and we heard their every step. It was quite loud until they went to bed.

We have stayed at Sunshine Village at least 10 times in past years. It has been sixteen yrs since we last stayed there. This is the 1st time we had people above us so noisy everyday. There was no closet space in this unit. Fan in master was only set at high speed. No instructions how to lower it. Sheets on master bed did not fit properly & had bleach spots on them. We were disappointed that the tennis courts were not available. We do like the location of the condos.

Great location in town near hot spots

The unit is well kept and the management had great communication. The only downside was that due to the massive snow banks from the plows, all of the windows were boarded up and there was no natural light from any room. That was not their fault, however, so I don't want to ding them for it. I loved that the Christmas decorations were still up in February. :) I don't want the season to end either.

Nice place but a camera inside that is not disclosed!

The condo is great. A lot of P Touch instruction everywhere! I did not like the camera on the TV stand. It should be disclosed in the check in instructions! I’m not sure it’s even legal. I don’t think it’s appropriate to hide it by the bottom of the TV. We didn’t get to the TV for a while so they watched us without our consent and it wasn’t disclosed. The management company is great. They were very helpful!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location in town and it was right next door to the other family members we were with. The property was clean, but it is dark. It needs to be brighten up. When we oped the door, there was a strong musty bad smell. It was because of the broken window that was boarded up. Our daughter couldn't stand the smell in that room so she had to squeeze into the condo with the family next door. We had to keep that door closed, but still the smell! Our bedroom was nice but the bed sheets are too small for the mattress and keep rolling off the corners. I had to keep fixing the sheets. The garbage disposal stopped working and when I email you, I never got a response. We were happy to be next door to family but this condo needs improvements.

Nice Condo near Eagle

Conveniently located right off of Green line 46 stop. Lots of room for our family. Great entry way mudroom for ski gear. Appliances new and TVs in all rooms. Nest thermostats not working in bedrooms, but there were portable heaters that worked well. Pellet stove heated place quickly and efficiently. Would stay here again!

Condo was recently updated, clean and conveniently located near Eagle Lodge. Granite countertop kitchen with plenty of cookware/utensils. Updated bathrooms and flooring. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

Terrible Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was extremely difficult to reach someone to help us enter the condo and we had a ton of issues with the heating (faulty Breaker that the owner knew about), electrical issues throughout the place (faulty Breaker that the owner knew about). The cellular service for Verizon was not good. It took one hour to reach someone to help me get in. That person had to go through 3 or 4 different codes. I was told I had to download an app. Well with the service up there, I couldn't. The place was freezing. The one of the thermostats was broken. They had space heater through out the place. The problem was, every time we plugged one in the breaker blew. No one know where it was. I was finally able to get the code the owners closet which had the electrical panel, AND RIGHT BY THE BREAKER WAS A NOTE FOR THE MAINTENECE MAN TO CHECK. The power went out 10 times. The owner should be ashamed of their selves. They charged me $1400 per night and we were freezing. Never ever ever again.

Great location with vast conveniences

My family came here for a few days. Overall the property is quite well maintained and the location is unbeatable. The SPA pool is pretty nice as well! One minor thing is the circuit break is quite easily disconnected when heating system in the bedrooms are turning. We managed to rely on the living room heating to resolve the issue. Sarah is pretty helpful during the process.
