Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Fijn hotel. Personeel is vriendelijk en doet haar best, mag beter opgeleid worden. Letten bij het ontbijt niet op en snappen niet wat efficiënt werken is. Ontbijt zelf niet smakelijk alles mist smaak. Heel jammer want je krijgt wel een prachtig uitzicht.

This is the best Best Western that we have been to in a long time. The corner sea view room was so nice. The staff were very attentive, kind and helpful.

It has a pristine view.Thr entire Manado Bay ij front. Behind you see the highlands Koha,Warembungan,Tomohon. Convenient next to Seafood stalls and Bak kut teh. Pharmacy nearby.Carrefour supermart next door. Very good security. BUT.... The elevators are a disaster! Have to wait 10minutes sometimes because external guests who attend events in the hotel jam up the lift.. Next Breakfast is ok at the Level 2 restaurant BUT Do not eat any other meals in the hotel resto. It takes on average 55-60 mins for your meal to be served. Next When there are external events the dining area is shared with the external guests.. Its noisy and no privacy. They should segregate. Overall staff service very nice and do go the extra mile to help you. If they can fix the elevator and meal waiting times it would be the best accomodation in Manado by far. Regarda.

Hotel cukup nyaman harga baik
Hotelnya cukup baik hanya saja kamar mandinya perlu perawatan. Air habis mandi tdk lancar menggenang. Pemandangan nya bagus dari tempat makan. Agak jauh juga dari pusat kota.

Good View But Unclean
The view was good because you can see the city and sea view at the same time. However the room was not so clean. So many dust on the table. Under the bed, so many dust. It's not mopped for long time.

Good hotel. Need more elevators.
Nice comdo-hotel for the money. Free continental breakfast was amazing. Lots of food choices. My room was very clean and service was excellent. Facilities are great too. Location of the hotel was okay. Imly has 2 elevators that make you wait up to 5 mins.

It best views of Manado but poorly maintenance
Book 2 rooms, one for 1 week and other for 2 nights. The views from hotel is fantastic (ocean & city), Friendly staffs for fast check in and out and good varieties foods for free breakfast. However, it make we very sad and frustrated when saw the cleanness of the bathroom and bedroom. It wasn’t cleaned properly, dusty & the glass doors never been scrubbed ( very poor maintenance), couple times asked for toilet paper & bath mad to top up and they arrived after 3 times call in 2 hours. Hope they will improve and realize with the hotel conditions.

Erst das 3. Zimmer war in puncto Sauberkeit annehmbar. Der gesamte Check-in hat 2 Stunden meiner Zeit beansprucht. Das war die erste große Enttäuschung!!! Wobei das Personal sich verständnisvoll und bemüht zeigte. Der Pool war nicht einladend, da Baumaterial, Zementsack, Altmaterialien und Bauhelm in direkter Umgebung lagen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war leergefegt... Marmelade und Toast qualitativ sehr schlecht. Laute Geräusche der Klimaaußengeräte an der Hausfassade verhelfen zu schlaflosen Nächten. Alles in allem ein richtiger Reinfall!!! Nicht zu empfehlen und erst recht nicht noch einmal zu besuchen.

Great ocean view rooms and suites!
Definitely good value for money with staying on the Deluxe Ocean View room! The suite is also spacious because its on top floor with large TV and sofa, very comfortable for me and my family of adults to enjoy the holiday. However, the service can be improved to be faster and restaurant can be better service in delivering tea or coffee at least. Food quality is ok, just a bit slow in service I would say. Overall is good stay experience and will consider to come back again next time.

あまり良くない
喫煙と禁煙の部屋が選べるのを知らずに滞在中お部屋を変えてもらったのですがバスルームに忘れ物をしたのに気付きスタッフに話したところ忘れ物はなかったとの返事。同じホテルの部屋から移動で間違いなく忘れたものが出てきません。物を忘れたら出てこないと思っていいです。海外はそういう所が多いと聞いてましたがスタッフの態度が悪かったです。ヘアゴムでさえ忘れ物として取っておくと言ってましたが私が忘れたものはどこに消えたのでしょう?気分が悪くなり残りの日にちキャンセルしました。その場で残り3日間の部屋代は返金すると言われましたが後ほどエクスペディアさんからホテルからの返答は返金できないとのこと。その旨チェックアウトの時に話したと嘘を言われました。信用のならないホテルです。二度と泊まりません。
