One thing unique about this property is their staff. All are amazingly courteous and jolly. The pretty Indian lady (Sneha) at the front desk was extremely kind. The property itself is a good place to relax. Quiet location and conveniently located near Seef mall and restaurants. Will definitely be stay here again and will be recommending to fellow travellers.

Hotel is ok overall. There is room for improvement. Gym is broken, rooms need to be refurbished and food needs to be changed every morning rather than same everyday. The only thing I loved the hotel is the bed, it was comfortable.

اغلب الامور كانت ايجابية: الموقع - النظافة - تعامل الموظفين وحسن الاستقبال - مساحة الغرف - الانترنت الجانب السلبي: تاخير تسليم الغرفة والسبب هو السماح للنزيل الحالي بعمل خروج متأخر من الغرفة عليه اضطررت ان اخرج من الفندق لأعود مره اخرى بعد ساعتين لعما بأن معي اطفال 7 سنوات - 5 سنوات ورضع لم يتجاوز 3 اشهر لا يوجد مطبخ بالشقة

The hotel was comfortable and well equipped and the staff polite and helpful. The food we ordered from room service was promptly delivered and excellent. The only thing that let this hotel down was a general sense of dampness, probably due to the frosty air conditioning combined with local humidity. There was a damp smell in the room although it was very clean.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and went out of its way to support any request that I made. I needed a meeting room short-notice and they were very accommodating. The facilities were very good, including on site restaurant (nice Indian and Korean food). However, the cleanliness of the rooms could have been a bit better. Room cleaners definitely cut corners at thims (was there for an 8 night stay)
