Featuring panoramic views stretching from the ocean to the Manasquan Inlet, Fisherman’s Cove, and beyond, this exceptional home offers the opportunity to experience luxury beach living in one of the Jersey Shore’s finest boroughs. Built as a personal home of the builder, this stunning Seashore Colonial features four bedrooms, three full baths, including a primary with an expansive, resort style en-suite bathroom and water closet. A show-stopping living room and kitchen feature 14 foot vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and four large skylights for expansive natural light. A four-panel double sliding door makes for seamless indoor-outdoor living and lead to 240 square foot deck for breath taking sunset views. Up front, a covered porch offers direct views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean beyond. Tara was wonderful from the moment we booked the reservation and throughout our stay. She was extremely responsive and proactive, for example letting us know there was salt for the steps since rain and snow were in the forecast. Having covered parking was also nice given the December weather. Great location. The house is beautiful (the photos don't do it justice), comfortable, and perfect for our family's needs. Everything was provided. We had a lovely family Christmas dinner and didn't have to buy any extra cooking supplies/utensils. It was also nice to easily log in to our favorite streaming services on the large living room TV. Everyone had a great time and we would absolutely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. Great for multi-family beach vacation. The location was perfect and the hosts were wonderful and very responsive to questions/requests. We would definitely stay her again! It was extra special that it backed up to the nature preserve doe a great view off the deck and was so close to Manasquan beach.

The home was beautiful and was decorated extremely nice. It was mostly clean, however, the minute we walked in we could feel the sand on the floor. There is no outdoor shower or hose to rinse off any sand. There was food chunks left on top of the microwave, food splatter down the cabinets and the inside of the refrigerator had sand in it. The freezer was pretty disgusting as well. There was stains on the sheets in my sons room.The outside was kept pretty neat except for the back yard fence on the left side. The home to the left was completely trashed and was visible from our decks and my sons room window. No one came to clean it after the weekend either so the trash just blew around all over their yard and into ours where the broken down fence was.They had beach chairs and a wagon under the house for guests and they provide beach badges.The home is on stilts and you can definitely feel it move every time a garbage truck passes or wind.The location is amazing in proximity to the beach, however, it is in party central which we did not realize. The houses all around us were young kids partying all night long. The master bedroom is in the front of the house so you hear all the noise and yelling on the sidewalk and outside. We had a very difficult time sleeping even after we decided to play white noise at night to drown out the partiers.Beds were comfortable, towels were great. We did not cook but the kitchen worked nicely for us. We did not use the grill.
