'Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. 'The property was absolutely stunning. It was a perfect fit for our big family. I would certainly give this property an excellent review. There should be a little bit more seating in the living room area if you have a big family. The house is located on the river so there are many steps steps to get into the house and steps of course to get to the second floor so if you have any issues with hips, feet, etc. be prepared it may take you a little bit longer to get in and out.
