Deniz ve havuz çok güzel çoçuklar için ideal ama yemek çeşitleri olarak sıkıntı yok ama lezzet sıkıntısı çok büyük üzerine durulması lazım odalar eski özellikle klima Sistemleri çok ses yapıyor yatakların yenilenmesi lazım

Prima hotel
Verblijf was prima. Lekker gegeten leuke activiteiten, heerlijk dichtbij de strand genoten! Wij willen zeker terug. Sommige personeel was niet spraakzaam en soms lag er wat rotzooi, maar het is een enorm groot hotel. Dat soort dingen kunnen gebeuren. In het algemeen prima leuk hotel.

Sejour de 10 jrs agrable !la nourriture est tres variées yen a pour tous les goût !les restaurants sur reservation sont top,le personnels fait bien son travail toujours en train de nettoyer et ramasser mais malgré cela ca reste ,de la bouffe qui traine dans les coins a droite a gauche car les gens n'ont pas de "savoir vivre" et que tous est a volontés !les soirées sont top est animées. La seul choses qui ma déplus ces qu'il ya trop de monde,ce qui est un peu normal vu que c un hotel de 3000 pers !faut faire abstractions!!!

Из плюсов - аквапарк и ухоженная территория. Из минусов - небезопасность около детских горок в аквапарке, точнее позади них, где лестница на горки (за 30 минут, что сидела около них, двое детей очень сильно упали, один ударился головой и плакал, лежал какое-то время). Сходила к спасателям и попросила постелить противоскользящую дорожку, которой почему-то там не было изначально, но за два дня так ничего и не сделали. Гест-релейшен на все вопросы посылает на ресепшн - зачем тогда они там сидят? Ехали только ради аквапарка, в следующий раз выберем что-то более безопасное.

Ilk defa yorum yaziyorum, sakin gitmeyin.
Tatilini sira.bekleyerek gecirmek isteyenler icin mukemmel biyer. Heryerde en az 5 metre sira var. Oturacak masa sandalye bulmak imkansiz. Dinlenmek icin gittim daha cok yoruldum. Otel kapasiyesine gore yetersiz ekipman ve personel ile calisiyor. Tam bir ticarethane, kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

We stayed between 11th and 21st of Aug 2018. The hotel was overcrowded. We didn't like it. I had 1 and 6 year old kids. Finding table night time at the restaurant was a challenge. You had to be there at 7. Food was amazing and plenty of choice but unfortunately the guests acted like they never seen food in their lives by jumping queues and rushing around grabbing food. The pool was not that clean. We all cough a bug from something and I think it was the dirty water. Beach is not sandy so we couldn't use it at all with 2 kids as our feet hurt, we couldn't even walk. The hotel is mainly full of with Russians and Turkish people. There was one or two British family. I wouldn't recommend for British people. It felt so different. Animation was OK. However I didn't like that they forced me to leave hotel 5 stars feedback. I refused. They kept asking lots of other people to leave 5 stars feedback there and then. I witnessed as they asked our friends and family the same thing. That's why this hotel is well overrated in my opinion. Misleading and unrealistic feedbacks. Its definitely not 5 stars. Staff all looked tired. Apart from Ali (the ice-cream man) no one had smile on their faces. I would never go back to this hotel. It was disappointing for the money we paid.

Good all inclusive if that’s all you want
I feel this is more like a glorified 4 star firstly the photos on Expedia shows sandy beach it was all black stones the whole way so why put pics of sand when there is none! Very dissapoonted there for sure! Because it is in the middle of no where you feel like your in a fish bowl the one place to go for entertainment same two places to eat Dinner is a mad rush for tables lucky to have cutlery or no chairs. The juices for kids were processed juices that had more sugar than you could ever believe we were putting water into a quarter of juice in a glass then it was ok! Dessert was always the same thing and were all bland tasting! So we always had the melon cut fresh but on holiday you want the cakes! No sign at all of pancakes or waffles those are what my kids love on holiday but they don’t do it! Ice cream is from a hut during the day 1-5pm only hence ques! The slides are open from 1-4 only why when that’s one reason I chose the hotel so kids could have all day!! On one occasion we went there and the biggest slide was shut at 3 I don’t understand it really don’t! Our bedrooms were cleaned everyday which is great but from the day we came there was like a mark on the flush and it never got cleaned off! Using tissue to flush is not ideal in a five star! Shower wash on wall ran out for days so I had to pull out and leave onside ! Defo not a great holiday but if you like just to have a rest go for it

Kein 5 Sterne Hotel
Alles in allem kann man da schon Urlaub machen, allerdings ist das niemals ein 5 Sterne Resort und man nimmt viel Abstrich in Kauf. Zimmer: sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings bestehen die Wände aus Papier, man hört sogar die Nachbarn 3 Zimmer weiter wenn sie flüstern, wirklich Ruhe hat man nie was nachts um 3 irgendwann stört... Essen: das Essen an sich ist essbar mit der Zeit aber sehr eintönig. Katastrophal hingegen sind die Hygiene Zustände, mehr als die Hälfte der ausgestellten Früchte waren verschimmelt (und wirklich komplett verschimmelt), Messer die auf den Boden fallen (bei uns am Melonenbuffetmensch) wurden ohne waschen aufgehoben und fröhlich weitergeschnitten... die Wartezeiten an den einzelnen Buffets betrugen locker mal 10 Minuten, der Rest des Tellers war dann kalt bis man am Platz war, mehr Infrastruktur wäre bei soviel Gästen dringend nötig. Trotz der Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants wurden diverse Buffets 1.5 Stunden vor Restaurantschluss nicht mehr aufgefüllt... Personal: Freundlich, sind aber doch motivierteres gewöhnt nach dem 3. Mal Türkei. Die wenigsten sprechen Englisch. Pool: Pool ist sehr gross und macht Laune, nervig nur die dauernden Werbeangebote des Hotelfotografen, welcher einem täglich nervte und sogar noch aggressiv wird wenn man ablehnte. Trübt das Feeling am Pool leider enorm. Auch das All Inclusive Angebot ist sehr bescheiden. Strand: wird nicht geputzt eine richtige Müllhalde.. reinste Katastrophe, der beschriebene Sandstrand war Kies...

es lag nicht bei Expedia. Party mitten im Pool mit Live musik ging bis 0:00. Unser Baby schlief nicht da schall & Musik durch die scheiben kamen. An Zimmer Sauberkeit muss das Hotel noch Arbeiten. Die zimmer werden zwar grob gereinigt, unter den betten und kanten saustall. Hotel ist auch in seine Jahre. Es muss schon dringend saniert werden. Ich kann den hotel mit Lara oder Belek nicht vergleichen. Dort ist schon anderes kaliber..

Super hotel. God mad og drikkevare konstant. Super swimmingpools og god underholdning. Men butikkerne i hotellet var alt for dyre.

Çok Başarılı
Aile olarak gittik. Oda temiz. Yemekler başarılı. 3 gün kaldık, otelin genel müdürünü 3 ayrı günde de otel içinde dolaşırken gördük. Aile odası da çok başarılı idi.

Keyifli, eğlenceli ve sorunsuz bir tatil
Birbirinden lezzetli açık büfe yemekleri, snack bar çeşitleriyle enerjimiz hiç bitmedi. Eğlenceli animasyonları, güzel plajı ve temiz havuzuyla da, bize sadece tatilin tadını çıkarmak düştü. Otelden ayrılırken, seneye yine Crytal Admiral'deyiz, dedik.

Nice hotel
The staff was amazing, they were so polite and friendly! Loved how the beach was part of the hotel, and there was 3 different swimming pools! They did something for my boyfriends birthday which was really nice. Only disappointing thing is the market place (where you get sweets and lilos from) the guy is really rude told me to shut my mouth after popping my lilo by putting too much air however it was resolved and I got a new one when I went to reception. Very helpful and polite. Loved my stay there would definitely come back.

Pleasing Hotel with Reasonable Prices
In overall it is a good hotel in comparison to the prices. The swimming pools were very nice. The food in the restaurants was really excellent and very tasty. Rooms were clean and spacious. The game center was beautiful. However, the ACs in the room were not functioning well. That was the only main minus to us there. Other things were great.

Güzel hotel. Personel problemi çözülmesi gerek
Güzel büyük bir hotel. Concept süper. Fakat restoranlarda çalışan personelleri. Uzun saat calisdiklarindan dolayi sikayetciker ve bu sebebden servis sıfır. Fakat resepsiyon da ilgi için tşk edrm.

awesome place to relax
this was my first visit to Antalya and it was a great experience. the resort and the services were at a high level. the only issue was the WiFi did not cover all the geographical space of the resort so I had to be at my room or around the reception to get good network.

We had a good long weekend
We were there for a long weekend. The sea and the waterpartk was great. 24h open bars with free local alcohol!. There were lots of families with small kids but we still managed to have fun as 5 guys in 20s. It would be great if hotel disco was open little longer. Because we had to drive quite some km to close by clubs. The food was ok. In general hotel staff was helpful and kind but I can't say the same for all. I assume it is ok for a such big hotel..

Nice Sea, rooms, entertainment.
Sea and the waterpark on the sea was amazing. The rooms are clean and spacy. The food was ok, 24 hours open bars and free local alcohol!. However the hotel disco closes at 02.00 am and there is no clubs close by. It is great for families as well as friend groups. Pretty big hotel over 800 rooms, guests were pretty international when we stayed there, mixture of german, russian, english speaking, Scandinavian, locals and turkish living abroad. On the other hand not all the staff was super warm and helpful !.
