Our overall experience was good, but it’s not a 5-star hotel. We would rate it as a good 3 star hotel due to the lacks of service and stable Wi-Fi.
The food was great, plenty of options in different locations. Our room didn’t get proper daily cleaning and air system in bathroom, so we had plenty of black spots.
Lastly, we asked for late checkout but find out that the fees depends on who is asking. €30 for a few extra hours out of season was a bit high in our opinion.
In 2018 everyone is using their phones and tablets and we hope the hotel will make the Wi-Fi much more reliable and fast.
