De receptionist, die de general manager bleek te zijn, was haastig en zeer ongeïnteresseerd. De airco op onze kamer werkte niet. De zeep automaat en de ophanghaakjes vielen van de muur. 's Avonds heel veel last van het entertainment programma van het naast gelegen hotel. Door de herrie konden we 's avonds niet op het balkon zitten. In de avond was er slechts een bar open. Daar was veel te weinig personeel en veel te weinig glazen. Je kreeg daardoor je wijn en bier in warme glazen, die net uit de afwasmachine kwamen.

Super Hotel für Erwachsene! Der Service ist gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Spa Bereich mit sehr gutem Personal! Memnun kaldım tekrar ziyaret edeceğim
Mükemmel bir hizmet aldığımı düşünüyorum, odalar temiz, personel A’dan Z’ye aşırı ilgiliydi. Bugüne kadar bir çok her şey otelde tatil yapmış bulundum personelin en ilgili olduğu otel diyebilirim. Yetişkin konsepti benim için çok iyi oldu bu sayede kafa dinleyecek ortamlar bulabildim. Tam kapanmanın olduğu, müziğin yasak olduğu döneme denk geldim, bu sebeple etkinlikler hakkında yorumsuzum, önceki senelerde yapılan etkinlikler baya iyiymiş, tekrar ziyaret edeceğim. Kaldığım oda standart otel odalarına göre daha büyüktü, belirtmekte fayda var her standart oda binanın mimarisi gereği aynı boyutlarda değil, bazı odaların balkonu büyük bazı odaların da oda kısmı, yine standartların üstünde denebilir.

It was very nice stay..we were busy with the activities that they make all the time like water gym, water polo, dart, badminton, and beach volleyball. Also they have activities through out the week like boat trip, gala dinner, pool party, and color party, in addition to that they have a show every single night, and for Disco fans the make free transportation for Disco nights twice a week.. actually it was a lovely stay i would do it again definitely. I need to mention also that the animation staff were so friendly and nice specially eda and cihan. I will have to say that the restaurants and bars staff need to be more professional and to be English speakers.

Rezervasyon için baktığımız sayfada bize odada 2 yatak olduğu gösterildi ancak gerçekte 1 yatak 1 çekyat vardı. Fotoğraf hilesi kullanıyorlar. Otel görevlileri ile görüştüğümüzde ise çekyatın da yatak olduğu söyledi ve çarşaf serdiler. Odamız veya çekyat değiştirilmedi. Eğer odanızı paylaşacaksanız ikinci yatak ibaresine kanmayın. Bilgilendirme eksiklikleri çok fazlaydı. Otel yerli misafirleriyle yeterli ilgilenmiyordu. Etkinliklerden daima son anda haberimiz oldu.

Middle of nowhere hotels
I had dioreah for the last four days of my five day stay at this all inclusive HOTEL so my judgement of the food on offer was tainted by this somewhat. Suffice to say the Turkish vegetarian, salad and fruit options on the buffet meals looked good enough but the meat dishes all looked overcooked and/or greasy. The air condiditining would sometimes be switched off, almost always in the very slow lifts, in many public areas of the hotel and sometimes for no apparent reason even in the rooms when no doubt the hotel management presumed the rooms were no in use. No coherent reason was ever given for this except that yes they were working on the aircon system. The hotel was sited between another much grander looking hotel on one side and a building site on the other. Unlike the hotels in Side several kilometres away there was nowhere to go promenading outside the hotel complex and only the small and over priced Lyra Park Mall intended for hotel guests which the hotel provided a small shuttle bus to and from. "Dullsville" in the extreme. What a thoroughly disappointing place for a holiday. The staff had no idea how to mix cocktails and none of the bars appeared to have a cocktail shaker between them. Most of the guests were Russian and they didn't seem to mind either way. Some staff were nice but spoke almost no English. Other staff including the concierge were surly and unfriendly. This was the most dismal hotel stay of my life and I have had a few.

As a hotel management, we must vehemently disagree with this assessment, as your claims are unfortunately not true. In our hotel we are operating in practice ISO 9001 quality, ISO 22000 food safety and 10002 guest satisfaction and complaint management. According to ISO 22000 food safety management, transport conditions, packaging, storage, cleaning and food preparations are monitored and reported in writing by our Quality Management Team and food engineers. As it is in the hotel factsheet text clearly seen, it has been described in detail that our air conditioning is centrally controlled / weather dependent. In the period that our guests stayed at our hotel, the air conditioning worked 18 hours a day. If we research at the data, we can figure out that neither Front Office nor the guest service received any complaints about the air conditioning either from our guests or from the tour representatives as well and there is no record about it in our system. As the hotel factsheet text clearly indicates, it has been described in detail that our hotel is located in Manavgat / Kızılağaç. The shopping and entertainment venues are within walking distance (about 2 minutes). As you mentioned, we offer free transfer to the shopping center from 09.00 to 24.00. The prices are fixed as in every shopping mall. According to ISO 22000 food safety management, every food and beverage that we served has written recipes. According to the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management, all staff are trained on a regular basis about the recipes of food and beverages, more specifically cocktails. Excellent hotel close to the beach and lovely staf
This was an experience to remember the only negative point was the AC. It was very hot and we had to sleep in this heat and humid weather, it was very uncomfortable indeed. The hotel staff went out of their way to give us a pleasant stay, the food was excellent and the location and hotel were modern and new, the view was excellent. Only one message to the hotel FIX THE AIRCONDITIONING. I will certainly go back again without a doubt, Hopefully the AC would be working

Öncelikle otelin yiyecek ve içecek kalitesi aynı sınıftaki diğer otellere göre çok iyi. Eylül başında, personelin biraz yorulmuş ve sıkılmış olduğu anlaşılabiliyordu ki servis her zaman aynı kalitede değildi ve odalar bazı günler çok özensiz temizleniyordu. otelde animasyon ekibi çok sessiz çalışıyor. bunun iyi yanı görültü olmuyor. kötü yanı ise aktivitelere yeterli kaltılım olmayıdığı için bazı aktiviteler başlamadan bitiyor. ilerki senelerde bozmaz ise oteldeki alkol kalitesinin de iyi olduğunu net olarak söyleyebilirim. otelin bulunduğu kızılağaç bölgesi için genel bir sorun olarak sahili çakıl, deniz hemen derinleşiyor ve çok dalgalı bu nedenle ayaklarınızı basarak ayakta durabileceğiniz bir alan yok. kaldığımız dönem sansımıza dalga çok vardı diye düşündük ancak konaklama sonunda side sorgunda başka otele geçtiğimizde orda deniz çok daha sakin ve çok daha keyifliydi. otelin 24:00 den sonra açılan irish pub'ı gerçekten iyi düşünülmüş. irish pub barmeni Metin Bey'e de ayrıca çok teşekkür ederiz. o bara uğrayan tüm müşterilerle çok ilgiliydi ve çok çalışkan bir personel. otelin diskosu da gerçekten kötü, bunu farkındalar ki 2 günde bir sidedeki diskoya tur düzenleniyor. otelin yaş ortalaması kısmen yüksek olsa da genç nüfusta bulunuyor. bu nedenle diskonun (en azından dj'in) daha iyi olması gerekirdi.(diskosu gerçekten çok kötü)

It took almost 45 minutes to check in. Front desk staff have to be more courteous and trained to deal with their guests. General Manager and the Executive cheff were extremely helpful resolving issues.

I guess that the hotel is new so, no systematical solutions for each partnof that place, service was poor and slow you have to wait at least 30 min for a hamburger. Staff was not trained enough. Not good air conditioning.
