'The hotel is drastically overpriced. Bath towels weren’t clean, dirty windows & room had very few amenities (no coffee, fridge, soap, safe or clothes hangers). Also, the hotel is very noisy (traffic noise and excessive number of guests/visitors allowed by staff at 4:00am). Staff didn’t care, they just said “sorry sir”. I ended up checking out of the hotel a day early and gave up one night’s stay (or $81. USD). '

"No hot water in their so called Spa villa and electricity shortcuts. Very loud and old AC. Bad food in the restaurant. Housekeeping came at 6pm. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Big construction around the hotel.
Hotel manager was very apologizing and admitted their mistake in putting us in a villa that was not supposed to be rented. We've agreed on a partial refund that never got approved after we've checked out. Hotels.com were no help in solving this issue! "
