This spacious 800 sq ft haven sleeps up to 4 guests in style.

Both bedrooms offer the comfort of queen beds, ensuring a sound night's sleep. Bedroom 1, our master retreat, comes with added productivity perks - a desk, office chair, and a convenient nightstands with night lamps on each side. This room also has a smart tv.
Bedroom 2 offers simplicity with its cozy nightstand, dresser and mirror.

In the fully equipped kitchen, whip up culinary masterpieces or opt for something simpler with the help of a crockpot, coffee maker, and built-in microwave. If cooking isn't your forte, don't sweat it! A fantastic local pub is just a stroll away, waiting to delight your taste buds.

The dining area boasts a table with 4 chairs, setting the scene for relaxing meals and lively conversations. And hey, if the chef in you is still on vacation, check out our Guidebook for some close by restaurant recommendations.

As you arrive and park on one (or all) of the 3 convenient concrete parking spaces in the rear, you'll be greeted by the staircase (including 20 steps) leading up to your 2-BR Simplistic Retreat. Unlock the door with your unique code and step into your exclusive domain. For convenience and safetys sake, there is also a 2nd set of stairs (14 steps) in the unit, which leads you out into the side yard. If you will bring your small kiddo(s) and/or are feeling slightly acrophobic, please let us know ahead of time, so we can install a temporary gate by the stairs.

The entrance through the kitchen opens up the entire upper unit just for you. It's your sanctuary, your space, and your temporary abode for relaxation and exploration. However, even our cozy haven has its secrets – the extra door in the kitchen area is locked, holding the mysteries of the storage realm. Maybe it's where we keep the unicorns, but we're not giving away all our secrets!

And speaking of secrets, shhh... don't tell anyone, but the unit below is off-limits, occupied by our long-term tenant who likely doesn't share our appreciation for karaoke nights.

Now, let's talk about the basement – it's like the Batcave, minus the bats and capes. Unfortunately, it's not accessible during your stay, but trust us, the real excitement is happening above ground anyway.

This is a Duplex home, where you'll find two distinct units peacefully nestled within. The first-floor houses one unit, while your haven of relaxation and comfort awaits you on the second floor – the delightful unit that's exclusively yours during your stay.

On the upper level, you'll have the space all to yourselves, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It's your retreat, offering the peace and serenity you deserve.
