Central Manchester can be reached in approximately 25 minutes on foot, where you’ll find the Arndale Shopping Centre, Chinatown, a variety of museums and galleries, plus an extensive choice of restaurants, bars, clubs, and live music venues.



You’re also close to the Northern Quarter, a trendy neighbourhood known for its vibrant street art, independent record shops, and bohemian-style bars. The nearest tram stop, New Islington, is just a five-minute walk from the apartment, while Manchester Piccadilly Train Station is around 15 minutes away on foot.



Getting Around:

Etihad Stadium is just a three-minute tram ride or a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Central Manchester is reachable within 25 minutes on foot, while New Islington tram stop—only a five-minute walk away—offers convenient connections across Greater Manchester. Manchester Piccadilly railway station is also just a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride from the property.



Other Things to Note:

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 7 or 8 guests when booking)



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.



Late check-in fees:

· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
