The lobby seemed fine, and the person that checked me in, in the front desk was very nice. The room is dated, the pull out couch, is very small and the mattress is thin. The way the room was described online, and in comparison to other courtyards I’ve been in this is deceiving. The bathtub wasn’t clean properly after the last guests. There’s shaved hairs ( I think that’s what there’s called), and Also mold on the ceiling.

Loved the jacuzzi and staff was very friendly. Only thing is checkout is at 12 and house keeping kept knocking in the door at 11 even after asking for a minute.

It was clean. It was ok. The staff was friendly. It’s little things that add up that bothered us. I didn’t mind paying for food at the Bistro, but the prices were very expensive for breakfast. The tv signal went out, and they didn’t know why. Full service was not restored for 24 hours. This was not good considering March Madness basketball was on. I wished staff came in to clean trash cans and check for towels.

The young lady who checked us in the first night exercised great customer service, was very friendly and was super helpful! The only negative was the lack of towels available at the pool. We had to ask the front desk for towels every time we visited the pool.

Front check in was great. The power outlets over the night stands were loose. Multiple hairs in shower wall near the water faucet yikes. They have eco friendly baskets that are very small. My trash was overflowing as a result. The breakfast is not complimentary which threw me off. Not cheap either. Finally, be prepared for a $10 overnight parking fee. All set.

We stayed in room 200, no complaints other than the TV being a little staticky for some channels & the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Husband said the traffic was noisy @ night but I didn’t hear a thing lol. Kids had fun in the pool hot tub. Pool smaller than I pictured but we had the whole pool to ourselves the night & day we were there, the kids loved it. Clean rooms & main areas, clean spool/hot tub, nice people. Would stay again if needed.

Being a seasoned traveler who stays in many different hotel chains, Courtyard Marriott usually doesn't disappoint. The Hartford Manchester location is very tired. Our room was very dated and grungy from age. Pretty disappointed.

Clean, pleasant and everything works in the room. The pool was small but seemed well-kept. The hot tub hit the spot. These are older rooms with few power outlets. The hotel has tried to address this by adding power outlets on lamps etc., but these are the kind that your plug falls out of easily. There is also one USB port on the alarm clock. The wifi was fast though and there was no extra fee for it. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near an Electrify America station, but overnight L2 EV charging would really clinch the deal for us.

Rundown and too expensive.
We were very disappointed to discover that they charge $10 a day for parking considering it’s not New York City or Chicago…it’s not a big city. Also, the lot is not secure.m, so I’m not sure why they are charging $10. The hotel and the rooms are pretty rundown and need updating. The bistro is way overpriced. Most Marriotts and Hiltons include a hot breakfast for free. We won’t be staying here again.

Not quite worth the price
It was a nice hotel and the service was good but I was annoyed that literally everything from parking on cost extra and the prices for their food was outrageous. $15.50 for two fried eggs and potatoes is out there. It's not at the level it's charging for but it's a nice, clean hotel. The walls are thin and the hall light BEAMS through the doors which was terrible for sleeping. And the pipes in the walls are loud. But otherwise, it was comfortable.
