This property is what you would expect. It is cheap and cheerful, and that results in a very basic room with the essentials, though nothing more. The rooms are small and you can often hear noise from the next rooms or from the hallways, the walls are rather thin.
The highlights of this place is the location (less than a minute to Piccadilly Gardens), and the staff. I've stayed in 5 star hotels whose staff aren't as good as these guys. They're friendly, informative and work quickly in order to help all visitors.
The bad points of my visit were a broken air conditioning unit in my room and bathroom that needed a little more attention when being cleaned.
In conclusion, this place demonstrates 'you get what you pay for' (with the exception of the great staff!)
