A private room in a grand period building in leafy Victoria Park, with a four-poster king-size bed, chandelier, period fireplace and tall windows over the gardens. Ideal for parents visiting students at the nearby universities and for anyone visiting the hospitals on Oxford Road.



Bedroom - Four-poster king-size bed, plus a sofa bed sleeping two more guests.



Bathroom - Private en-suite with a Japanese smart toilet.

Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you'd like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we'll send all the details ahead of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:

You're on Daisy Bank Road in Victoria Park, a quiet, leafy conservation area of grand period villas in south Manchester. The restaurants of the Curry Mile on Wilmslow Road are a short walk away, and the University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University and Manchester Royal Infirmary on Oxford Road are all close by, making this a great base for visiting students or the hospitals. Whitworth Park and Platt Fields Park are nearby for a stroll.



Getting Around:

Buses run every few minutes along Wilmslow Road and Oxford Road, a short walk away, and take you into Manchester city centre in around 15 to 20 minutes. Manchester Piccadilly station is around 10 to 15 minutes by taxi. Manchester Royal Infirmary and the universities are around 15 to 25 minutes on foot.



Parking: Free secure parking is available within the grounds of the building.



Uber operates throughout the city.
