Our apartment offers an urban adventure with a blend of culture, entertainment, and shopping right at your doorstep. Whether exploring the Northern Quarter's bohemian charm, discovering the city's cultural landmarks, or enjoying its dynamic nightlife, this property is an ideal base for an unforgettable stay in Manchester. Do take note that due to the property's strategic location near the Northen Quarter, noises from the hustle-bustle of the area is to be expected.

It is designed with an open floor plan. The sunlit living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a bar seating area.

The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second has a double bed; all beds are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

WiFi tested speeds of around 11Mbps.

Please note that the dishwasher is currently unavailable.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Northern Quarter is a trendy neighbourhood with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. It's home to buzzy restaurants and some of the city's liveliest music venues, which host up-and-coming indie bands and established acts. Cultural attractions include the artists' studios at Manchester Craft and Design Centre and rotating exhibits at the Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art.

The neighbourhood is characterized by its historical and industrial architecture, which blends seamlessly with modern cafes, bars, and boutique shops. One of the defining features of the Northern Quarter is its street art and colourful murals, adding to the area's bohemian charm.

In the Northern Quarter, visitors can find diverse entertainment and nightlife options, including live music venues, quirky bars, and unique eateries. The neighbourhood is also home to vintage stores, independent galleries, and artisanal markets, making it a haven for those seeking one-of-a-kind finds and experiences.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Manchester Piccadilly, is just a 12-minute walk.

Manchester Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
