Luxe hotel in oase van rust
Uitstekend hotel voor het korte verblijf dat we in Manchester hadden. We hadden een "vader-zoon naar het voetbal weekend" en hebben het hotel als comfortabel, netjes, schoon en compleet ervaren. De badkamer was perfect, met mooie inloopdouche (dus geen bad wat niemand gebruikt), goed werkende kranen en noodzakelijke accessoires. Airco op de kamer werkte goed, alhoewel een raampje om frisse buitenlucht te krijgen wel prettig was geweest. Dat ontbrak dus. De locatie was prima (rustig gelegen) om lopend naar de wijk Castlefield te gaan. Leuk om te zien en eventueel te eten op een terrasje. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

When did the Hyatt become so disappointing? The customer service was appalling, leaving me to struggle with bags while accompanying elderly parents, a sick wife, and a baby. Despite our pleas for assistance, they offered no help and still had the audacity to charge a staggering $836.47 USD/a night for what we thought were two accommodations, only to find four beds scattered across different rooms upon arrival. Perhaps next time, we'll choose a budget motel that values its guests. Needless to say, I won't be booking with Hyatt again.

I left a low review mainly regarding the deposit and very expensive breakfast )£18. Had to leave a £50 deposit even though I did not use any services - no onsite parking and too be honest felt like a etap hotel having to scan your card in and out of lifts !

Breakfast ok, couls do with better croissant, and berries with yoghurt. I didn't figure out how to use handheld shower part, also they have installed a rack in a weird place to disturb your showering.

Was ignored by the individual checking me in, and instead they kept trying to talk to my companion. Everything was registered in my name, but I was talked over and ignored. I am generally polite, but this was fairly obvious sexism and a deeply irritating way to start off my visit. I have been here before and hadn't experienced this in the past, but also know the typical check in protocol. I hope this was just a one off issue.

The hotel is in a good location near city centre. The room was very spacious with great views. Very clean. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was great with lots to choose from and the service was first class. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent staff service both at check in and check out, reception very friendly, in- room dinning option was of very good standard. Breakfast options were also excellent. Minor improvements would be attention to detail with room items as shower gel in the shower was empty and not replaced. A light in the entrance near the big mirror would help as that part of the room was quite dim especially when getting ready and dressing up.

I stayed here last year for a research meeting at MMU! it was great! this year it was a conference and not on the conference list so I just knew it was good! so I booked! and it was still amazing and better than the conference hotels
