The room was quiet. It was basic and in need of an overhaul. But clean, quiet and acceptable.
My only complaint is the breakfast which really isn't a big deal if you don't eat healthy. There was white bread to toast. Some kind of fruity pebbles looking cereal and waffles. And really weak coffee. Nothing for a health conscious traveler.
With that said my stay was enjoyable. I can bring my own food.

We stayed for three nights while attending a funeral. This hotel is extremely outdated. Furniture was old, dilapidated and worn. Bedsheets and blankets were extremely thin and of poor quality. Bathroom sink was scratched and chipped. The toiletries provided in the bathroom (tubes of shampoo and conditioner) appeared to have already been used. Carpets were dirty, stained, and sticky. Housecleaning wasn’t done because it is only done every three days. This meant no bedding changes and no fresh towels. The fish tanks and fountain in the front lobby smelled disgusting, like mold and trash. The elevator was old and rickety.
Based on all of this, we didn’t even want to try the “free breakfast” (other reviews say it is just cereal.) To be fair, the property is currently being renovated; apparently, it will be turned into a Best Western. Front desk staff were also polite.
As of recently, it was a poor experience overall and I do not recommend it.

Maid never came in to clean or give towels after I asked the maid to please service the room. Garbage is left outside rooms with food containers open. I let the front desk know but nothing was done. All I can think of are bugs going into this garbage. Don’t believe they had enough staff to do these jobs. I won’t be going to this place again. There wasn’t much to like. The “included”breakfast was quite poor. And they let people with their animals in there. Fur flying around. Crappy coffee machine that’s mostly water. We rented 2 rooms. One stank so bad and was dirty we had to get a new room. Second one was better. Didn’t smell of smoke or stale. And all rooms are supposed to be smoke free. Tv didn’t work. Doors didn’t latch tight. Anyone could break in without trying. I can understand outdated. But this was just. Not a good place to stay. They only give you new towels after 3 days. And only if you request. Which there are 0 signs informing you of that. Not a single vending machine worked in the place. Just not a clean or friendly. Only thing was that it was cheap.

It was just fine..we encountered only nice people...the accomodations were also just fine..no complaints, but I've been in nicer, cleaner places.

Upon arrival the near empty lot and run down looking building gave an unsafe feeling of a drug hotel. Staff at the desk was unprofessional and sometimes were in pajamas or looked like they just rolled out of bed, they were not rude or unfriendly just didn’t care to be there. The interior of the hotel was not bad just old and wore out, in the words of the desk clerk “it’s not the Hilton”. Room had a clean bed and linens. Bathroom was clean. Floors were not something I would’ve walked barefoot on as they felt dingy and in some spots a little sticky. Empty beer bottle caps under the bed and behind the fridge as well as a mini liquor bottle and dust as if it had never been moved to be cleaned. Wall paper was peeled back in many many places, wood furniture seemed as if a pet had chewed on a corner and some was swelled and coming apart from age and maybe from being wet. There are long term renters staying here with dogs and people that smoked in their rooms across from our’s regardless of the no smoking signs, thankfully this never seeped into our room. Outside the entrance were numerous occasions of people smoking marijuana! I am sick of that! One night upon returning a local police officer was there but the front desk said everything was okay. Another morning I noticed several in marked police cars pulling in and staging. I pulled up to one and they said they were watching to find a “wanted fugitive from South Carolina, & it was good for a shooting or stabbing every couple of m….

Disappointed
Disappointing. It must have been a nice Inn at some point but it's a relic. Linens, towels, and pillows are at least 20 years old yellowed with years of use, burn and stained carpets, turning on the heat smelled of gas, poorly lit room, peeled furniture, stained bathroom counters. Elevator is very old and slow. Smells of smoke. Breakfast was toast and cereal. New waffle maker wasn't working. Nice staff and little dinner must have been cute at one point. Fish tank was a high light with fountain but not great for kids.
