Not a 4* hotel!!!
Not a 4 star hotel!!! We had an apartment on the 3rd floor which looked amazing and clean, but was VERY noisy. When the neighbors were having normal conversation, were watching tv or had sex, we could hear it all perfectly. Reason is the wall they placed to separate the rooms. They placed it under a wooden beam, with a small gap in between.... In 4 days we had to ask for towels twice because housekeeping only placed towels for one person. Bathroom supplies like toilet paper, tissues and shampoo were not beeing refilled that often either. The breakfast was not that great. On Monday there were no freshly baked pastries but stale croissants and wrapped Danish pastries.

No free patking
I booked this stay due to staying in Roomzz in Leeds and having g a great experience, it’s location in Manchester but more importantly because it said it had free parking. I called the reception the morning of my stay to confirm where the free parking was located and was told ‘across the road from the apartments’. When I arrived I couldn’t find the parking so pulled up and went in to ask and was informed by reception that there was no free parking, it cost me £32 to park for just under 24 hours. I found this very disappointing given that the free parking was the main reason for me booking this stay. The apartments and friendliness of the staff are great, but I would not have booked this given the cost to park.

Horrible, grim place
Horrible, grim place to stay. Bathroom smelled of piss. Lighting was dim and cold in the bathroom (forget trying to do your makeup) and super bright and cold in the bedroom. Our room was at street level directly looking out onto a very busy road, so had to keep curtains shut. The air was airplane-level dry, incredibly uncomfortable for sleeping. Windows seemed decently soundproofed but couldn’t keep out noise of big drunk groups walking by and cars blaring music. Thought the walls were soundproofed but turned out our neighbors - a very loud group that had been out partying - just didn’t get back until 1am, at which point we could hear every single word they said. Shower had “two in one shampoo conditioner” which left my hair feeling like straw. Coffee and tea are all in the lobby so you have to go get that if you want to make tea in your room. Only positives were that the bed was comfortable and clean, and reception staff were friendly and helpful. This place isn’t even cheap - spend the extra £100 and stay in a real hotel if you can.

Overall nice hotel, perfectly pleasant free coffee machine and fruit good location, but if you would like to get in early like an early checkin and even offer them money in exchange and they have a room empty and clean they will not give it to you. It is just their policy. It won’t matter if you just flew in from across the Atlantic you will have to wait till 1:00 pm and pay a fee for one pm checkin mind you. Didn’t make sense to me!

Sehr positiv überrascht! Das Zimmer ist deutlich grösser, als wir dachten. Auch wenn das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war, hat man von der Strasse, abgesehen vom Brummen eines Buses, nicht viel mitbekommen. Zimmer war auch sauber. Beim Frühstück gab es zwar kleinere Probleme, was aber nicht die Schuld des Hotels war und vom sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal dann aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Lage ist ausserdem super!

Was a great night away for me and my fiancee, everywhere was lovely and clean with a greya reception when we arrived. Breakfast was very nice with a selection of pastries, fruit and drinks. Would definitely recommend if looking for parking although it can be busy I'd suggest piazza q park just dont pre pay for your tickets as you get a discount through the hotel itself.
