It is one of the city's most vibrant pockets for dining, cafés, bars and nightlife, with theatres, the main shopping streets and the Northern Quarter all within an easy walk.



Getting Around:

Highly walkable and central. Almost everything is within a 10-minute walk. Piccadilly is around ten minutes by train, tram, and the airport link. Trams reach Salford Quays and MediaCity quickly if you are heading that way, with major bus routes close by. Paid parking is available nearby if you are driving in, please ask for options.

🪜 Loft access: the upper bedroom is reached by a spiral staircase. Please take a little care, especially with luggage or younger guests.
