Getting Around:

Highly walkable and central. Deansgate and Canal Street are about five minutes on foot, Piccadilly is around ten for trains, trams and the airport link, and major bus routes are close by. Paid parking is available nearby if you are driving in, please ask for options.

✔ No smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use nearby outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

✔ No parties, drugs or unregistered guests - These are not permitted, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

✔ Quiet hours - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, out of respect for neighbours and the building.

✔ A £250 fine applies if any of the above rules are broken, deducted from the security deposit hold.
