'Very comfortable room (we had a suite type) and well organized hotel. Only small indoor pool, not outside. Conveniently at the border of White Mountain NP but in a busy neighbourhood with a neighbouring disco so we had to keep windows closed. State of the art midget golf course next to it as well. More business than nature oriented type of hotel atmosphere and staff. Breakfast above average.'
'We enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice but Ida was particularly great and was engaging! Although the public areas were being renovated, the rooms were newly renovated and were excellent! King bed, new bathroom fit out with a walk in shower. It was a very comfortable stay. Location good with a shopping mall right next door, although many shops vacant but there was a Boscov’s which was like a discount department store with great savings. There was also a Texas Roadhouse steak house and Red Robin...
'Overall the experience was great. All of the staff were very hospitable and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet in the morning was awesome. They had cereal muffins, bagels, bread/toast, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, yogurt with toppings, fruit, fried potatoes, bacon, a variety of milk and juice. Room was clean. Pool was fun!'
'This was a great place to stay. We only had one concern when we got to our room, we noticed it had an adjoining door inside, so we were a little hesitant about that because we did not ask for adjoining rooms, and as a safety precaution, we did not want any unexpected visitors. Upon asking the front desk clerk, he assured us the door was not able to be used for they had securely and permanently fastened them shut and also inserted a metal partition between this door and the one in the next room...

'The staff was brilliant - the hotel decor and design was pleasing. I was in room 221 and the colors and space of the bath was great (I mentioned this to my wife as soon as we walked in) - but my shower did have mold discolored caulk around the bottom of the shower and that is one thing that customers notice and have problems with. Otherwise it was a great room, facility and staff (everyone we interacted with from front desk, managers and shuttle drivers were great).'
