'We are a group of ladies who enjoy a yearly trip. This property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. The waters bank absolutely made it incredible. We had a 10 person float tied off for 3 days. The fire pit and outside kitchen/bar is wonderful. There were enough towels and the kitchen stocked well. We have been changing destinations but plan to set up here for 3 days again. It was simply perfect! '

'My wife and other family members booked this property for our daughter’s graduation from Miami University. It was about a 45 minute drive from campus but SO worth it. Let me start by saying the owners are fabulous people! Throughout the entire process, they were very responsive, and extremely kind. I almost had the feel that I have known them for years. Once we arrived, after traveling through a terrible storm, the home was exactly as pictured and beautiful. Everything was spotless and it looked...

This was the first vrbo that we have been to that didn't provide those items so we were unprepared. '

'The overall stay was great. The B unit was like brand new. Lots of coffee was provided and the coffee machine was amazing. There were, however, a few things that could be improved. I wasn’t given an entry code so we had to use an app on the phone to get in every time which was annoying. Be sure to ask for a code. 'This house was perfect for my husband and me plus our two daughters and their families. Enough bedrooms for all and plenty of bathrooms for use, particularly when you have little kids. The kitchen was well- equipped and the outside areas (multiple decks) were great. Not to mention the view of the Ohio River and the hot tub. We would gladly rent this space again if we travel north another time!'

'We were looking for a place in the woods with a cabin and fire pit to do some cooking. The kids loved all the area on the property to explore and the local scene was great. It was close to the river and high enough to see the areas across the property.'

'Need a sign pointing to the driveway of the house. GOS takes you to the wrong driveway and the occupant of that house is not very friendly. He is actually very confrontational and in happy about multiple guest turning in his driveway or at least that is what he expressed to me. '
