'I have stayed at this property twice in the last 3 months and enjoyed this Tuscan countryside resort both times. The grounds are beautiful overlooking the countryside and close to the hot springs for our morning mineral dip. The resident cats are a treat as well as the homemade breakfast buffet. 'Maurizio and his wife Valy were super helpful in days out recommendations very lovely couple. Valy does not speak English but tried to communicate the best she could. Maurizio has very good English. He was super knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast every day with homemade cakes and eggs from their chickens. Yum! The rooms are clean and plenty of storage and a fridge. The only thing I would say is if you like drinking tea if chilling at room there is no kettle and we forgot our travel one. But...

'So peaceful! The staff was amazing and thoughtful. We enjoyed wine made at the farm and a sampling of meats and cheeses outside our room and it was lovely! 'Stunning village. 1st floor unit was a little awkward getting to with suitcases. Hot water for the shower- cold quickly.Sufficient for one person. Also, very small. Space between bidet and toilet, very tight. Dishes were not clean. Facilities on offer were good.'

The host would not move us as he said he was booked out (he had given our room to someone else). Would not refund us the difference. Told us all the rooms were the same price and that Expedia had charged us more for the room and not him, which was not the case.'
