And, around them, they have 4 sun loungers to take advantage of the sun. Then they can rinse off in the outdoor shower, prepare a delicious barbecue, eat under the porch or on the first floor terrace, and spend the afternoon with a glass of wine in the chillout area. The plot is fenced and there are neighbors. The house offers two floors, although its rooms are distributed on the first floor. In it you will find a beautiful living-dining room with air conditioning, ideal for watching satellite television while sitting on the sofas or while everyone eats together. The kitchen is in this same space behind a small bar and offers a ceramic hob. Then there are two rooms with a double bed and the other with 2 singles.
