Una estafa!
Fue el peor trato que me dieron en un hotel. Cuando llegamos el establecimiento no tenía luz ni agua, la habitación doble que había reservado no estaba disponible y me mandaron a otra al lado de la pileta con niños corriendo. Tuve que dormir con la puerta abierta por el calor que hacia y en medio de la noche había una niña dentro de mi habitación. El desayuno un desastre. Había resevado tres noches. solo me quede la primera y no me quieren devolver el dinero de las otras dos noches. La zona fea y peligrosa. NO miento ni exagero en ninguno de los anteriores puntos..

El hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicacion.(a espalda del Centro de Salud) ademas de instalaciones que brindan comodidades para el viajante y una piscina que esta siempre limpia. Ademas, que brinda un comedor en el tercer piso muy agradable. Lo unico q debe mejorar es que algunas habitaciones tienen ventana al corredor y la cortina no brindaba la total privacidad.Fuera de este detalle los ambientes son muy buenos

La verdad que nunca nos fue tan mal con selección de un hotel, la limpieza deja mucho que desear, antes de llegar no había forma de comunicarnos con el hotel porque dicen que no trabajan con hoteles.com, las puertas no tenían seguridad, la piscina muy sucia, sin limpieza deseada, nunca durante la estadía se pudo hablar con la o el administrador No lo recomiendo ndo

Fue una estadía regular ya que era fin de año y el personal estaba muy atareado y descuidó la limpieza de la habitación, no pusieron sábanas, el internet estaba malo , un día no hubo agua ni luz... quizá corri con mala suerte

Fab hotel to relax or party
Very friendly staff, great place to spend the New Year, 2020 started with new friends and a good time. The hotel has a pool downstairs ,bar lounge area upstairs with pool table and no time restriction on when you can use either. The rooms have private bathrooms, flat screen tv, fans, everything as advertised and they staff were extremely friendly and happy to help out with any requests . Fully recommended, spent 7 nights here and will be staying another 3 if they can fit me in 😊

No running water, rooms not clean, will not recomm
Would not recommend this hotel. When we arrived at around 7pm we went inside our room and it was not clean yet. A lady came and put on the bed sheets and gave us towels, but clearly the room wasn't clean. There were other items left in the mini fridge, a sock left on one of the counters. The worst of all was that there was no running water in the toilet or sink. Just in the shower. I told them but they could not fix it. The next day they were able to give us a different room but since it was inside the heat was unbearable with the window only opening about 2 cms to let it some air. Another thing was that their cook was on holiday so there was no breakfast. I couldn't stand it anymore and left before the completion of our nights to a place with a beach view for the same price! If the manager was willing to give us a free night for that night we didn't have running water I would be more sympathetic but they honestly don't deserve a good review after that. AVOID!

Regular y barato
El hotel es economico y solo fui por una noche asi que me arriesgue. Si uno esta dispuesto a privarse de las comodidades como la buena atencion y hospitalidad por lo economico este hotel te sirve, pero si no mejor buscar otro (sin pensarlo 2 veces). En la limpieza no hay queja.

Hotel económico, limpio, cámas comodas. Las contras: la ubicación, no tanto por lo lejos sino porque carece de una buena vista; y el baño sin ventilación y la habitación calurosa. A pesar de esto es recomendable por el precio

Nice quiet place
I moved to this hotel from a "party hostel" down the street where there was absolutely no chance of getting any sleep. The hotel was clean and quiet and i had a very restful stay. Staff was kind and helpful. The price was affordable also. I would stay here again.

Not so nice experience
The hotel is appart from the main streets and the boulevard, and the area is not good looking. Frankly, we choose not to go out at night, of fear what could happen to us. The staff is not very prepared, but they're friendly and want to serve. The rooms (at least the suite) was very expensive, considering that is only a 3 stars hotel. Not only that, but they wanted us to pay in cash, even if the reservation didn't mention that, and they use a really abusive exchange rate. Rio Hotels Mancora should be considered as a backpacking hotel, I think it would be more useful to get an idea of what it is like. The room was nice and clean, when we received it, but they didn't clean it during the two days we use it. When we tried to use the jacuzzi, we found it hadn't been clean in a long time. The parking lot is not very big, so only a few cars can be parked there.

Far walk to the beach-15 minutes. Only hotel in that part of town. Lounge/kitchen not open when i stayed. If youre on a budget stay here. Its safe and quiet. If youre here to party and can spend a little more head down further west on the highway, where it looks like the water hits the highway on the map. If arriving after hours ring the buzzer by the front door.

The staff is friendly but does not understand English at all. And since he was not able to show me where to find casa de cambio, he changed USD for me but at a very bad rate. No air con only a fan and very loud with crazy wind. Shower is hot and good water pressure. The neighborhood was terrible, although not far from bus station. There're mosquitos inside the room, bring repellent!

Economic rooms in Mancora
Mancora n'est pas la destination la plus economique en Peru. Rio Mancora se distingue en offrant de chambres correctes pour un prix raisonnable. Qualité Hostel+: la chambre est de bonne taille mais extremement basique. La salle de bain minuscule. Petit déjeuner basic sur la terrasse en dernier etage. Staff jeune et assez disponible. Le quartier est pas le top, pas loin du marché mais un assez loin de la zone de restaurants/bars sympa et de la partie interessante de la plage - un MotoTaxi est necessaire presque à chaque deplacement (mais ça ne coute que 2 soles). Ceci dit, pour le prix à Mancora on pourrait difficilement demander plus!

This Place was clean and not too far out of the way. The Employeers were great. Wish they would take credit Cards is my only complaint for this place.
