Gunstig gelegen tov mandalay Hill en paleis
Hotel ligt gunstig, maar de kamers zijn toe aan renovatie, met name de badkamers. Wel hele goede bedden en schoon. Mooie tuin en zwembad, maar water wel heel koud. Personeel vriendelijk. Ontbijt prima. mooie bar. Prijzen voor eten en drinken redelijk.

Prima plek, goede service alleen ander bed nodig
Uitstekende locatie, mooi zwembad, receptie en concierge functioneerde goed, wifi ok voor Myanmar begrippen, uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. Verbeterpunt is echt de kwaliteit van de bedden en de ouderwetse kamers.

One of our favourite hotels
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Wonderful staff, restaurant, swimming pool and room. Concierge was very helpful assisting us with flight changes to return to Australia.

Séjour agréable
Le cadre est pas mal pour un cours sejour a mandalay . Le personnel de l'hotel est très souriant. Les chambres sont un peu petites, mais propres. La piscine est un peu petite, et l'hotel un peu vieillissant mais le séjour a tout de même était très agréable.

大変つらかったのは仕事にもかかわらずネットがほとんどつながらなかったことでした。今回はピークシーズンということもあり、部屋代がかなり高く、2万円を超えました。それでもネットがつながらないというのは致命的です。朝食は特にいいというわけではありません。値段に比べるとまあまあかな。バスタブが古くて、つかりたくなくなる。

Great stay for part of our honeymoon in Myanmar
The hotel is very beautiful compare to the hotels around. Is clean and the staff is polite and has lot of attention for the guest. The morning buffet is amazing, great and variety of food. It is close to Mandalay hill and other few pagodas. The only little critic is the swimming pool, which is gorgeous, but is placed right behind the hotel and the shadow from it makes it a bit cold. Impossible to stay for long in it. The restaurants in the hotel are good but a little overpriced for what it cost to eat outside instead. Overall I defently raccomand the hotel and I would come back in future.We had a great stay for par of our honeymoon in Myanmar. Thank you to all the staff for the sweet treat.

미얀마스러움이 잘 살려진 호텔
만달레이 힐에 있어서 시내로 걸어다니기는 편하지 않은 위치이지만 넓은 부지에 잘 지어진 호텔입니다. 인테리어는 지은지 오래된 것 같은 티가 많이 나지만 룸에서 창문 너머로 보이는 산 속 사원과 선라이즈가 아름답고 수영장 옆에 설치된 파고다들도 미얀마스러움이 돋보이게 합니다~ 그리고 1층 풀사이드 바에서 한국 소주와 물담배를 판다는 점이 특이하고 좋았습니다...ㅎㅎㅎ

I have been to nearly 40 countries and I must say this is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. Before getting into the hotel there was already security checking underneath the vehicle for safety. We spent three nights there and tried every amenity that the hotel had, and nothing was a disappointment! The spa was excellent. The buffet restaurant was also good. I need to especially thank the front office manager - Yin Wai Wai Lwin. She was extremely professional and attentive. My uncle had a severe allergy and she took care of him by contacting a doctor and arranged transportation. She also checked back with him at the end of our stay to make sure he felt better. If I need to say something bad about this hotel, I would say there was something wrong about their AC. It seemed like there was something wrong with their thermostat. My family and I had the AC on at 30 celcius and the rooms felt like refrigerators. The gym could also be a little better by updating their types of equipment to add a squat rack and bicycle. Other than that, this hotel definitely deserves its five star rating!

Old decoration & wifi is slow. Warm touch to welcome guests on the notice board however i think this is against privacy compliance law by listing guests details publicly. Staff service superb and location is close to Kuthodaw Pagoda and Mandalay Hill. Will be good to have renovated rooms. Their design look unchanged for past 20 years

Nothing less that 5 Star. Service was impeccable! The room was nice and the spa was extremely beautiful. Was staying in the executive room, but unfortunately was not able to spend much time in the lounge, however that little time that I spent there was serene .
