De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk.
Het dorpje Kuta ligt op 10 min. lopen ( wel donker), waardoor het hotel uit de drukte ligt.'

'The refrigerator is like nothing we’ve ever seen before. It only holds three bottles of water laying down. There is no depth to the refrigerator. You cannot store food or leftovers. The meals were disappointing. The staff is fabulous and friendly. Shower and sink did not drain properly and almost overflowed out of the shower onto the floor due to poor design of drains. Rooms are clean. No closet and no dresser drawers. It was very inconvenient to have to live out of our suitcase for a week. No...

Old, not well maintained (have that musty smell), a lot of things have started to break down and the way the rooms are set up gave an idea what the place could have been used for (or still) in the past.

'Great pool, room required some routine maintenance to bring it up to scratch. Noisy due to location - which was a great location, so bring some ear plugs to combat this. You will also need to grab some bug spray to beat the mosquitoes.
Servicing seemed to be done on request not daily. No shampoo or conditioner supplied. Toothbrush and soap was supplied though.
Over all a cheep and cheerful place to stay but could easily be improved to amazing with some added touches.'
