'We stayed in one of the villas and it was great. The wood was newly polished and the whole room looked newly renovated. The bathroom was amazing with a sun roof at the top which lights up the whole bathroom and makes it look huge. The food was great, exceeded expectations since we saw some reviews complaining about bad food. If its a long weekend or something like that, expect a lot of crowd so meal times get crowded but nothing too bad. The only problem we faced was commuting from the villa...

Since there were only three rooms occupied during our stay, it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which made the experience even more relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast was really good, and the dinner options were convenient and tasty as well, so we never really needed to leave the resort. Overall, it was a quiet, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with a very relaxing atmosphere.'

'The property is quite close to the city and hence makes it very easy for dinning, shopping and viewing various spots. On the downside I felt the sheets are not clean with lots of stains. Though the breakfast is good, they make you feel like you are eating a lot and we haven't paid for it and question to make us feel guilty, was a bit embarrassing. Parking is not easy, they will keep calling at way too unusual hours like 11pm to move the car as they don't have enough space.'

'They charge for a 5 star experience and provide you with a 2 star experience. Everything is too expensive for the facilties that they provide. The place and location is good, rest everything is just mediocre. '

'We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Coorg. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The hotel staff were polite, courteous, and always ready to help. A special mention to the staff member who assisted us when my son was not feeling well a day before our departure — he personally helped us reach a nearby doctor and was extremely kind and supportive. 'The staff at the front desk was very helpful in early check in. Location of the hotel is good. Room was clean, the bedding was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom needs deep cleaning, edges and the corners were filthy.'
