The apartment is located on the ground floor of a terraced apartment, with well-kept green areas and very convenient private parking and close to the entrance.

The accommodation opens onto the open plan living area where the lounge, equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and television, and the kitchen are located, with a comfortable island counter that also serves as a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with tools for cooking tasty dishes and with comforts such as dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. From this room there is also access to a small storage room dedicated to laundry, where there is a convenient washing machine, drying rack and cleaning objects.

The living room also leads to a small balcony, where a small table and chairs allow you to relax while enjoying the fresh air and beautiful days.
