Casa Bouganville is a small villa for holidays 100 meters away from the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna. The small villa has a large outdoor area and it`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, mosquito nets, barbecue, television, ceiling fans. Casa Bouganville accommodates up to 10 guests. Pets are not allowed.

Casa Bouganville is entirely fenced and it has a pedestrian gate and another gate that takes to the parking area in the garden, shared with the owner. The small villa is introduced by a spacious porch with dining area and outdoor lounge.

sofa bed for two guests, another kitchen with washing machine, corridor, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, one four-bed room (double bed and two single beds) and another bathroom with shower.

Bouganville is a holiday home on a street that takes to the beach of
San Pietro in Bevagna, one of the most famous seaside location on the
Ionian coast, south of Taranto.
San Pietro has many tourist services,
pizzerias and cafes, markets and tobacco shops. It`s near other seaside
locations of Salento such as Porto Cesareo, 20 kilometers away, Torre
Lapillo, 16 kilometers away and Porto Cesareo, 9 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
