Although the rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful with arranging cabs, the hotel needs to improve on a few things - very small rooms especially restroom had very little space; noisy due to a pub being open in the same building which was giving off loud music which could be heard throughout the building.

The hotel reeks of smoking smell. The hotel inside is in ruins. The staff is super rude. Hotel is as clean as a sewage pipe. Please please don’t spoil your day by staying here.

Das Hotel liegt recht günstig beim Stadtzentrum. Wir hatten eine Executive-Suite gebucht, das sehr geräumige Zimmer haben wir allerdings erst auf besondere Nachfrage erhalten.
Das internationale Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Great Hotel
Very nice breakfast, rooms were well done. Very responsive and pleasant staff. Awesome Indian restaurant across the street. Hotel is in a good location. Good WiFi.

Comfortable stay, but needs an uplift
Arguably the best hotel in Mangalore and conveniently located. The rooms are ultra comfortable and the food you get for morning breakfast is top notch. However, things look a bit dated and needs a bit of an uplift.

Comfy stay
Good spread in the breakfast buffet and courteous staff. Chef and waiters were nice. Service at Sana-di-ge during dinner was slow and not mention worthy. Items like idi appam when served were not even warm. This can improve a lot. Also, for vegetarians the non veg smell inside the dining area was more than that can be tolerated. Wanted to order 650ml beer in room service but was told that it was out of stock. However the large sized beer was available in Sana-di-ge !!
