The space
This is a cozy basement level apartment with a separate entrance from the main level.

You will have:
*40” wall mounted TV w Roku *Wifi
*Small fridge, ice maker, Keurig, dishwasher & microwave. Pls note that there is not a freezer in the mini fridge or a stove in the unit.

*Living room/bedroom (all one space) w. workspace
*Kitchen
*Full bathroom w. walk in shower
*One full size bed, One twin bed, couch that lays into a *small* sleeping area. Pls note: pull out couch is small - best for a kiddo. Not comfortable for an adult.

I provide coffee, cream & sugar, bottled water.

Parking for this unit is the gravel next to the sidewalk (1 car only) or the side street (Colorado St) down the ally.

There is a tenant upstairs, w. 2 small dogs. Back screened porch as well as driveway in front of garage are not accessible to guests unless prior approval has been given.

Guest access
Private entrance separate from main house. Basement access only. Screened back porch is possible based on availability & must have prior approval from host.

Other things to note
We have a no pets policy, however, if you would like to bring your furry friend, please let me know in advance and we can possibly work something out. There will be an additional pet fee. Please don’t try to sneak your dog in, I’m gonna know, so let’s just chat about it first.

This unit is best for two people, however with the added twin bed, 3 are possible. If you will have more than 3 people staying, there will be an extra $20 per person per night, increase in rate. This must be paid prior to check in. Thank you!
