De hotel kamer was niet proper de lakens waren vuil de handdoeken vuil veel lawaai we zijn maar 2dagen gebleven van de 6 die betaalt waren dit was de slechtste ooit ik ben al 6maal in prince plaza 2 geweest en nu zal ik uitkijken naar een ander hotel

The staff are very friendly. The pool is not long enough to swim laps, just nice enough for children to swim in. The gym is just a room with dumbbells, an elliptical trainer and a stationary bike that’s over 20 years old. No air conditioning in the exercise room, just a fan and open window.The rooms do need renovation but the location makes up for the outdated rooms. This hotel is right next to Green Belt 5, which has many fine restaurants, coffee/dessert and places to shop. Glorietta Mall is a short walk away. The room I was in was clean and the air conditioner worked fine. I would recommend this place.

This property looks haunted. The rooms are worst! Air conditioner are too old and not working. False advertisement. The photos looks good but in reality it’s worst. I just don’t like the way they did it to me. Transferring one room to another because everything is malfunctioning. I even want to transfer to a better hotel. They didn’t even give any inconvenience compensation very sad.

Wi-Fi is strong, A/C was perfect and hot water in the shower was excellent and location was unbeatable. Staff were all very friendly and nice.

Great location and friendly service. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. I have stayed there previously and did not have the problem I encountered on this recent trip. The master bedroom bathroom had an bad smell that housekeeping could not get rid of. It was likely coming up through the drainage.

Just a bed for the night.
Room was very dated with limited facilities. No bedside light, so you had to have the main light on to read and when going to sleep, get out of bed to switch it off. Room facilities included a very old looking cooktop that sat on the bench. No dishcloth or tea towel provided. Air conditioner had external parts right next to the room, so very noisy if left on overnight. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was excellent!

We have been staying at Prince Plaza II because we feel safe. The staff are very professional,helpful and friendly. Very convenient to many shopping places, restaurants, beauty salons, banks, church at Greenbelt, walking distance to department stores, boutiques and restaurants. 20 minutes to airports depending on traffic.

Avoid this hotel at all cosr.
The room was very very dirty and dusty. It wasnt clean at all. You can see it on the floor, tables etc. All the bed sheets were dirty and disgusting! I woke up and all my body were itchy. Elevator safety is also questionable. Totally not recommendable. Avoid.

Strategic location, just a walking distance going to greenbelt mall.i like the kitchenette..i cooked our meals. Kitchen utensils are provided.. telephone, refregerator and big size cabinet are provided. And there's a small dining area ..we eat our foods comfortably. Only that the aircon is not functioning well. The room is so spacious like it .

Meh at best
Rooms are old and quite worn down, which I can live with. However, the housekeeping was horrible. They only clean the room once every 3 days and then don't do a particularly good job. Once, they took my towels and didn't replace them. Also, they did not replace enough water throughout.

The unit that we stayed did not have hot water in the bedroom bathroom. The place is old and the furnitures specially sofas are dirt stained and filthy. They still use a kettle to heat water for coffee on a electric stove. This hotel need to be renovated and some fixtures are too old and falling apart. They actually are using keys to open the door instead of keycards.

Krånglig och omständig incheckning , bokade två olika rum , betalade via hotels .com med kort , men blev tvungen att betala det ena rummet på plats en gång till , för min ena bokning fanns inte sa dom i receptionen , när jag ville ha tillbaka pengar för den bokningen som jag vlev tvungen att betala två gånger , så tog han i receptionen fram ett mail ( som visade sej vara min bokning ) och talade om / visade att avbokning inte återbetalas , han försökte alltså blåsa mej på pengar , sedan fick jag hjälp av en annan i receptionen som skulle fixa återbetalning till mitt kort men det skulle dom ha betalt för ( deras bank krävde det ) sa hon , jag har fortfarande inte fått några pengar
