Decent place if your just looking for a place to sleep and shop neat moa and the casinos. Prices is cheap but a bit dirty, found lots of lots of mini roaches.

There were cockroaches! One of 2 rooms smelled like urine. Shower curtain is old/dirty. Old/ overly used towels, accent pillows. Cupboards need an upgrade! (old, ugly) . Have a nice balcony though.

Property was located 15 min walk to Mall of Asia. Convenience stores located at the ground floor of the condo area. The toilet and bathroom was flithy, ridden with mold and cockroaches. Bring your own hygiene items ie shampoo soap, items provided was questionable. Kitchen area had cooking ware plates, cups but no silverware. A/C and WIFI worked very well. Security Deposit was collected upon checkin as stated, however for those checking out before 930am expect the property manager to tell you to provide a G Cash account information for refund for early check out refund. I got cheated on getting back my refund due to early checkout for an international flight and didn't have a G-Cash account and had to give it away to another person I knew who had a G Cash Account. " The deposit was refunded but not back to me " beware foreigners staying at this condo for those do not have a G-Cash Accounts if checking out early. Overall all price was a bargain, distance to MOA was great. To the property manager, have the bathroom area cleaned thoroughly. Two Stars !

The property is not a hotel but a condominium property. The location is near to MOA with just a minute drive or by walking. The facility is clean, however we are disappointed that the bed gave to us for 3 person, is double deck bed. It says on the property amenities, it has a parking. But when we are about to use the parking space, they are charging us US$20 for an overnight stay since we are leaving by 6am. Totally disappointed.

泊まる全ての日のサービス料を払ってるのに 掃除は３日に1回のみ！タオルだけでも交換して欲しかったので連絡すると掃除の時にしかできないと返事が…返信はすぐ帰ってくる時もあるが1日ないとかもあります。 部屋の掃除は部屋に誰かいないとやってくれないので何時間か待つか遊んでても戻ってこないといけない 周りにはSMモールとかスーパー。コンビニがあり長期滞在もしやすい！ 周辺の宿泊施設より安いので 節約旅行ならいいと思うw

Nice Staycation
Our property assistant, MJ, was fantastic. She was always quick to respond to our texts when we needed pool passes or were ready to check out. There are two Alfa-Marts on different corners of the property, so it was easy to buy groceries or other needs for our long weekend. Mall Of Asia (MOA) is close enough to walk, but we drove because we were buying heavy things. There are 5 pools at the property. Three "adult" pools all 4 feet deep. A kiddie pool about 2 feet deep, and another child's pool that slopes from 0 to 3 feet deep over about 25 yards.

We stayed in the property while waiting for our flight and everything was great! The communication with the personnel was truly remarkable as MJ made sure to be updated from before we arrived up until we check out. The place was clean and good, the only thing missing would be a kettle. Would definitely stay again!
