The lobby had UNCOMFORTABLE HARD chairs to sit on. There were unidentifide people coming and going the property. It did not feel secure in the lobby. I had to tell the front desk about these people. Food was expensive but mediocre. There was a cigarette smoke smell during daytime. I had to wrap my face with towel. I tried calling operator about it but phone only rang.

Disappointments after disappointments! I booked at this hotel for my family (2adults, 2kids). Upon checking in, they told me that I have to pay P600/night extra for one of my kids.

Very helpful staff, a bit if wait for our second room booking but sorted promptly. Just a bit of noise as we got the room near the rooftop where there's disco and loud music but I gotvear plugs so not so bad. Also, there should be a reminder to guests and staff not to talk too loud while in the hallways, we could hear voices throughout the night. Maybe just bad luck for us, we checked in on a weekend.

Had a great customer service but worst WiFi service I ever been. The linen and towel looks old and (unclean) not white enough for me. Place is expected to appear small,.Oh Well its a pod! So if you like to move around a little bit more this is not the place for you.

It is our second stay, and we were From 6 months ago, it was all nicely polished. But now, the towels looks like it has been overused that the colour looks blackish when it’s supposed to be white. We did ask for another set of towels thinking they might have given us an old stock but the replacement were the same. The shower looks already dated. They need to maintain the place, it’s a shame that in the span of 6months it’s already looking like that.

-The location is great, near convenience stores and WTC. -The room although small is quite cute. The comfort room needs some maintenance though. -The housekeeping staff should also be oriented. We requested for a room make-over thrice but nobody attended to our request until we checked-out. We stayed for two days and no housekeeping done. =( -I like the infinity pool on the 11th floor overlooking the city. It is the only redeeming factor on the room flaws and the poor hotel service. -I will consider booking again here because of the pool. =)

I tryed to alter the booking date one night earlier and thay would not give me a refund for the two rooms booked or alter the dates I tryed to change the dates two weeks before the booking date a loss to me of over $200. not impressed

Though the room I stayed was clean as they ever were the shower set up or metal parts were rusted. Other than that it was a great stay and sound sleep. Staff still need to improve their effectiveness in checking in guest.

Beautiful property but hotel operations suck
The hotel is very instagrammable with nicely designed interiors and beautiful accents. Kudos to the architect and interior designer who did this hotel. On the other hand, hotel operations leave much to be desired. The sheets are thin and rough, the room was not thoroughly cleaned (i saw cockroaches at the lobby and in my room), they charge for ice, bathrobe use, etc. Don't bring your room towel to the pool and vice versa as they charge for that too. Corkage of 50%/for the total bill for deliveries and food brought in would also be charged. It certainly felt like a metered taxi and the people are ill-trained in customer service. Location wise, Id says it's pretty good. It's walking distance to The World Trade Center so convenient if you have an event to go there.

Avoid this deceitful den of scammers
This backpacker style accommodation is straight up run by scammers. They run a number of scams 1. They bait and switch with an inferior room to what is sold by the pictures. 2. They run a faked special cleaning scam charging extra for made up or washable stains .. other reviews mentioned it, I saw it happen to the other person checking out at the same time as me. 3. They don't put sufficient staff for check-in. Took me 45 minutes to check-in. So many people were waiting all 20 seats were full so standing the whole time. 4. They say if you bring outside food to your room you paid for they will charge you 50 percent extra of what the food cost. I read in reviews the restaurant was bad but I was so angry at them over the other shams I avoided eating there so I don't know. Other than that the rooms were newish with some nice things but cheap overall, cheap mattress, steps wobbled in loft, window leaked when it rained

Det allmänna skicket på hotellet var ok men incheckningen tog enorm tid. De var säkert 8 personer som skötte incheckningen men inget hände. Väl på rummet så fungerade inte tv:n. Duschen hade 2 olika spridare. Den stora var trasig såklart. Värst var att man hörde allt som hände i korridorerna. Personalen hade sina lokaler utanför vår dörr och de sparande runt och smällde i dörrar, skrek och tjoade sen hörde man konstant plinget från hissarna när dörrarna öppnar. Om någon knackade på en dörr någonstans i korridoren så lät det som de knackade på vår dörr. Lite roligt att det stod att man inte ska göra höga ljud på rummet men personalen lät värst av alla.

Will never stay there ever again and booking another 13 night stay somewhere else . 50 percent corkage fee even on ice and coke ?????? And no signage regarding the corkage scam in the motel room or on the book in counter and it even applied to food Plus I asked for milk after I boiled the kettle in my room to be told that there is no kettle in my room 🤔 ps I work in a internationally owned resort complete with restaurant and bar and they do not have corkage charges and if I knew beforehand I would of booked somewhere else apart from that room and public areas were tidy

The room we got was not the one we booked, we are expecting to see a room with 2 double beds on it and a sofa bed but ended up just having 1 bed and a sofa bed, different as shown on the page.

I didn't like that the information and the images when I booked were different to the actual room. Inaccurate and misleading information. So disappointed. Parking wasn't available. Had to beg for the guards to look for a parking for me. All this made me decide not to stay.

Room was dirty with stains on the walls, even a blood stain near the bed! Wallpaper was peeling. Upon check in the tv wasnt working and it took them some time to fix it. Glassware in room and the restaurant was dirty. The shower was draining properly so we had to take a shower with a puddle of water. And too noisy! We could hear traffic from the street and loud guests in halls. They also couldn't accomodate a late check out so we booked an extra night! Bad experience! Do not book!!
