The hotel is located next to a vacant lot. It took the staff 30 minutes to check me out because someone had to inspect the room first. They insist on a 2000 peso deposit but were unable to place a hold of that amount on my visa debit card and insisted I either use a credit card or cash. I only had 1000 so they kindly took that. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and equiped well. On the e-bike staff were pleasant and helpful apart from the checkout experience and they let me check out one hour later.

I have never been charge at any hotel for such a little thing and i have stay at 100s of motel.

Staff were rude and the hotel nickel and dimes you severely regardless of the room pkg purchased. None of the amenities were Available and the lounge/restaurant in the hotel was understaffed and were unable to understand menu items pointed to never mind prepare them. Very disappointed with the staff and surrounding area. And heads up, do not use the towels or shower mat as I was charged cleaning fees for these basic items. Not impressed at all

Given the circumstance that we the Covid 19 pandemic only a few staff were around, the hotel was kept clean at comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable.

This hotel is amazing and I love my stay! The staff are courteous, respectful and nice. Food is a bit expensive. It's a walking distance to Ayala mall and City of Dreams and lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel is new and very clean..
