- Guests must send IDs of all staying adults by email before check in for building move in clearance
- Turn off Aircon, lights, TV when not in the unit
- Check out 12 noon latest, additional nights stay will be charged for late check out
- If you break anything you should report it
- Noise level should be kept to a minimum
- We will only communicate with the person who booked, if you book on behalf of someone else, you need to help coordinate with us
