'My Husband, and two kids stayed here for a weekend. It was a lovely stay. Gorgeous, quaint house. Loved swinging on the front porch and just taking in the views. We walked to restaurants, coffee shops and the arcade. Close to everything. I love taking spring water home with me! Great communication with owner. The bed was a bit stiff, just bring some extra pillows and blankets if you like softer bedding like me! Kitchen had everything you’d need to cook in. Would definitely stay here again!'

'My third time staying at the Carriage House. Soda Springs Park is right in front of the house and Manitou Springs shops and restaurants--and Miramont Castle--are in walking distance right down the street. Other area attractions are a short drive away.The Carriage House is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, and I can't wait for my next stay!'

'The unit was perfect for a stay in downtown Manitou Springs. The location couldn’t be better — literally across the street from a park/playground and right by all of the shops, restaurants, and penny arcade. The unit itself was immaculate and very well-stocked with essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc). Check-in and check-out were easy. 'Ideal property: clean; spacious; lovely balcony to sit out on after a heavy day climbing the Manitou Incine ( catch the free bus nearby, or walk 30 minutes); well supplied kitchen ( though would appreciate a kettle! ). Beautiful heritage property which was a privilege to stay in.'

'Kris and Tim made us feel so special by recognizing our special birthday celebration. The house was as beautiful as the photos and the location couldn't been more perfect. We walked downtown Manitou and enjoyed all the shops in town. Dinner was only minutes away in downtown Colorado Springs. We will definitely come back. I highly recommend this beautiful VRBO. '

'We stayed with four families and children ranging from 4-15. Everyone had a comfortable bed, places to sit and eat, and plenty of room to spread out! Everyone loved the beautiful outdoor areas with space to explore. The amenities were top notch and everyone appreciated the pool, hot tub, arcade games, foosball, shuffle board, and pool table. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and is well designed for feeding a large group. The owners were excellent to work with and had great communication....

'The little apartment was even better than described. Kelley was communicative, friendly, and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed our dogs. It was cozy, comfortable, and warm (especially as it snowed while we were there.) This was our first experience staying somewhere other than a hotel and because of Kelley and how she took care of us, we will do it again--and definitely stay here again. Thank you Kelley!! :-)'
