'The Polaris is in a very unique location in north Colorado Springs next to the Airforce Academy entrance. The views from the mountainside rooms are amazing. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Service is excellent and staff is friendly and helpful. One of the highlights is the pool with the large patio with a fireplace and multiple games. '

'It’s a beautiful location with one of a kind views. Large and nicely appointed rooms. A/C/heater, fridge and several power outlets did not work. Even after informing the front-desk, these issues were not taken care of. Staff and front-desk manager seem not to care. Because of the great location we nevertheless extended our stay by one night and were told to come back later in the afternoon as we would move to the room above. We were totally fine with this. 'We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very comfortable. The owners and staff are very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the tavern on sight where we mingled with the locals heard the ghost stories about the hotel. Sat on the porch with our coffee in the morning. Just a great place to stay. Will definitely go back. '
