'Mooi accommodatie en winkels en restaurants op loopafstand.'

'Nice clean place with free breakfast and 24 hour front desk staff. However, for some reason my room would not get cleaned. Most places will clean during the afternoon while everyone is out, but this place just did it in the morning during breakfast. Had to request clean towels from front office, which they did of course, and let them know my room needed to be cleaned but it was still not taken care of. Decent hotel but just disappointed with the lack of housecleaning.'

'The hotel and casino overall are well maintained clan and modern. Rooms are small but comfortable and very quiet. The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the wait staff and the staff in the Birch gift shop. Friendly helpful and very pleasant. They advertise 4 restaurants. Burgers of Madison County and the fireside lounge essentially serve the same menu. We had dinner at the forest grill. Beautiful venu. Average food for above average prices. In the morning we got coffee and pastries at the...

'Easy parking. Walk to SU. Nicely renovated. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. After I checked-in at night, I asked the staff at the bar if I can put my mini ice pack in the freezer. She was very helpful and went extra miles to take my mini ice pack to the basement fridge. BTW. They have mini fridge in the room. In the morning, another lady at the front desk gladly and swiftly retrieved my mini freezer pack from downstairs upon my check-out. Had a nice night sleep after a hot shower.'

'We didn’t stay because air conditioner was broken we arrived very late about midnight. We had already paid yet no phone call to give us a heads up!'

'Hotel is net nieuw, dus keurig. Schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Hotel is alleen gebouwd van papier lijkt het, super gehorig. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt, leuk zwembad, maar echt in the middle of nowhere. '

'It’s the worse place ever, when I went to check in they told me it was not available, and i put my reservation 3 weeks ahead of time , they should be more professional on communication they are terrible not professional at all, I would never go to that place.'
